Has the company improved their customer service and delivery practices? 1/20/17

Answer: Hi Janice, I believe we spoke on Facebook as well. We are not experiencing any shipping issues. We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
