This by far is the worlds worst home warranty that exists. I had someone Being their repair man Come over for an appliance, after a month wait of no claims, and was told that They do not honor pre-existing conditions. This certainly was not the case. I have since found out that they give the repair man a cash bonus to say any appliance had a pre-existing condition to get out of doing the repair. All I can say, is save your money &do not buy Choice home warranty, or any other home warranty to be safe. They say if it's to good to be true, it's a phony. This is a huge phony! Check them out on BBB, Facebook, Google, and anything else you please! I'm done with them! And Marza & Co in Freeport NY Is a huge liar of theirs as a appliance repair. Stay far away from them as well! Liars like you have never seen! Thanks

Do your research and due diligence before signing up with Choice Home Warranty. They deny every claim with it's a preexisting condition or the service tech didn't write it up properly and you will spend hours untangling the mess only to be met with another denial.
