Absolutely appalled of how this company get away with their scamming and fraudulent activities. I have now informed the police. I have their ip address and proof they close numerous fake websites after complaints are logged. They will take other peoples work and pass it off as their own they send you a cheap item or none at all. I ordered 2 baby twin girl dolls and got a 1 x cheap looking plastic doll no where near to anything what I ordered.

Ordered 1st pic 22"black female Chaya and got 2nd pic 10" white male TOY. Im battling hard for a refund. It appears to me that after looking at all of these reviews no matter what someone ordered it appears we all got that same little white doll. This site should be flagged anytime you see one of their advertisements

Don't get your hopes up. They advertise a picture that is a real baby but send you something that looks like it came out of a Chucky scene from Child play. Took almost 6 weeks And their communication was absolutely horrible. But we got nothing what we ordered as we ordered a boy and got a girl and all I could offer was $35 back

Never received shoe boxes or my refund, customer service is terrible, they never reply in a timely manner or do their job. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with so please everyone never buy from this company. Was will to spend thousands of dollars because I have over 300 pair of shoes but trial run failed miserably.

I purchased shoe boxes they advertised that u can walk on NOT the case! My order numbers r 1906&1908, i ordered 200 in feb 2020 I just received the 35 free ones and they r made of some flimsy plastic stretchy material that don't stay open u have to put the tabs on the slots and then tape them closed to keep it in a shape of a box it's the worst scam ever don't buy anything from these scumbags they r nothing but scam artists I have requested my money back since April and have gotten nothing but emails claiming they r refunding me but to this day I have not gotten the order of what I actually ordered or my money back if n e one on here knows what to do next please advise thanks so much!

I have placed an order in MARCH and until now I have not received the order?! I guess they are still digging for Dimond and Gold to make my order! Also, they never answered my emails and they provided out of service contact number. Moreover, I have paid through PayPal assuming that they will protect me from scamers, unfortunately they have such an impressive buyer protection policy that won't help at all.

Ordered a 17" doll from this site. 2 months later not here! After repeated e-mails I received a doll in the mail. I was horrified at what I received! It was about a 10in rubber doll that I was charged over $75.00 for! Luckily I ordered and paid with Paypal and am negotiating for a full refund. They offered me $20.00! No way! After chasing my order for weeks I received a cheap, ugly doll that I could have bought from the one dollars shop. Paid $150 aus dollars for a beautiful 22" doll and received a chappy one. Do not purchase from chiicyoins. Scam, ripped off. Photo's of what I received and what I actually ordered

I've tried emailing them and they never return my email. It's been three months since I paid.ive emailed them about five or six times. They did say about two months ago that they were falling behind because of Covid wand it would be 10 to 12 business days. It's been way past that.

I ordered a reborn doll from this company - I waited weeks and what I got is NOT anything like what I ordered. See below. Now fighting through credit card disputes to get money back. I ordered twin life like baby dolls. Spent almost $200 to wait 3 months for nothing! Been tracking my shipment since I got it, eventually it finally said it was delivered and it never was! I watched my cameras of the day it was delivered to find no one got a package on my street at all that day! None of my local carriers have any knowledge of anything being delivered to me or near me that matches anything I could provide! Had to provide at least 1 star but if I had the choice it would be 0 stars

Ordered some items but then told 20 days for delivery so tried to cancel. Bad responders who will not cancel the order

Scam. Scam. Scam the doll inordered was gorgeous 53 dollars and sure charge 12 pounds when I got it is 10 inch doll worth 5 pound rubbish plastic small. Doll this was a present utterly disgusted

Ordered baby doll as gift over 2 months ago and have not been able to get refund tracking is invalid number and I missed PayPal followup deadline.

These r fake reborn dolls they take ur money and send u a fake doll I spent almost 80$ hoping for a reborn baby and I got scammed my lawyer is ready for court to sue this company and have it shut down I bought 20$ of baby outfits now I can't use them

Omg do not order offor this site the doll I have recieved is discusting for the price you could buy one for £5 off the market what a total utter disgrace

$100 order and had 5 items on order. Only 1 was received. Very expensive shirt that ended up being tight fitting.

PLACED ORDER APRIL 11. CONTACTED CUST SVC IN mAY AND GOT REPLY THAT ITEM WAS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. CONTACTED AGAIN IN mAY AND IN jUNE. RECEIVED REPLY ON MAY 29 APOLOGIZING FOR DELAY. SENT ANOTHER EMAIL JUNE 8 ASKING FOR REFUND. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.

I ordered a realistic baby girl doll for $85 and they send me a cheap, boy doll. I cannot even get my money back for this garbage.

This company is a SCAM do not order I ordered some sandals in February and I got the order but it was some boots not what I ordered I'm still going back and forth with them and they want to give me half if my money and said the shoes are no longer available. Ordered some foldable Oxford tot bags and never received them!? At first I was able to send emails to check on my order then after my emails were returned saying the email was no good.

I paired for a areil real baby March 2020 and I keep sending emails but I haven't received my doll I really would like to get my purchase but I only was told that they have a lot of orders and it takes awhile please help me thank you gloria salazar
