Never received shoe boxes or my refund, customer service is terrible, they never reply in a timely manner or do their job. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with so please everyone never buy from this company. Was will to spend thousands of dollars because I have over 300 pair of shoes but trial run failed miserably.
I ordered a reborn doll from this company - I waited weeks and what I got is NOT anything like what I ordered. See below. Now fighting through credit card disputes to get money back. Ordered baby doll as gift over 2 months ago and have not been able to get refund tracking is invalid number and I missed PayPal followup deadline.
The tracking number is fake. Pictures below
$100 order and had 5 items on order. Only 1 was received. Very expensive shirt that ended up being tight fitting.

I had order a silcone baby doll that is suppose to a girl and the name of the doll was Journey and it was suppose to be 17in. Not only did it take two months to get but they send a different doll a boy doll and it is way smaller and it is not a silcone baby. It looks like a doll that I could gotton at a dollar store.
I purchased 5 Ladies tops on May 1. It was billed to my credit card by parent company name called TideBuy WAN CHAN. I believe this company had several websites and I purchased under one called SringNewShoes. Yes, it was advertised on Facebook but also Yahoo. They have NO customer services whatsoever. They say you may contact them and they give an email. I have contacted them three times since May 1 - no response. I can no longer find their website. I believe it was taken down. There are several companies that advertise women's clothingonline that all look similar. They must all be affiliated. When you buy from China companies, you can expect - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - and if they are legit - to wait between 2 or 3 and up to 5 months to receive the items you order. Lesson Learned. My bank has charged them back. I will be getting a refund.
I ordered 5 cocktail dresses from this site. After 2 months the dresses hadn't come. I contacted paypal and they initiated a case as the site would not return my email inquiries. This week 2 of the dresses arrived in the wrong color and wrong size. The other 3 are still missing. Paypal sent them a message and they offered me a $20 refund. This is a joke. The order was for $170 worth of product and I have received nothing I can use. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Ordered a 17" doll from this site. 2 months later not here! After repeated e-mails I received a doll in the mail. I was horrified at what I received! It was about a 10in rubber doll that I was charged over $75.00 for! Luckily I ordered and paid with Paypal and am negotiating for a full refund. They offered me $20.00! No way!
