Totally disappointed, I paid $ 70 for a 22" doll, and a long time later they sent me a 10" doll that doesn't cost even $ 25.

I have placed an order in MARCH and until now I have not received the order?! I guess they are still digging for Dimond and Gold to make my order! Also, they never answered my emails and they provided out of service contact number. Moreover, I have paid through PayPal assuming that they will protect me from scamers, unfortunately they have such an impressive buyer protection policy that won't help at all.

I order one for my partner on the 29. 3. 2020 I have not received it I have sent email after email i have asked for a refund but still waiting DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT and they will not reply to your emails I am taking this to the police. How can they still be running a business like this. They need to be shut down for good so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

After paying for a reborn doll for my grandchild in April, it is now July 17 and still no doll has been received. Numerous emails sent with no reply. Take my money fast and thats it. DO NOT order anything thru this so called business.

They took my money and there is no items received since may I can't explain how much I am disappointed don't ever bay from this website and I will post on Twitter as well as I will inform the internet scam policy regarding this rubbish

L paid $136 US dollar for what l thought were really nuce garments. Lt took months and when l got them they must have had a lucky dip as they were not what l ordered and paid good money for. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Customer Service is appauling. My advice is never buy anything from this company as l was majorley ripped off.

Ordered a jacket 4 months ago. Have emailed them 11 times (extreme, yes. But it was $100) They finally said they would refund my money about a month and 1/2 ago. Shocker, no refund. I tried again to email them today. My email is now "undeliverable" Sickens me. I hope Karma rips them apart!

Ordered 1st pic 22"black female Chaya and got 2nd pic 10" white male TOY. Im battling hard for a refund. It appears to me that after looking at all of these reviews no matter what someone ordered it appears we all got that same little white doll. This site should be flagged anytime you see one of their advertisements

After chasing my order for weeks I received a cheap, ugly doll that I could have bought from the one dollars shop. Paid $150 aus dollars for a beautiful 22" doll and received a chappy one. Do not purchase from chiicyoins. Scam, ripped off. Photo's of what I received and what I actually ordered

I got a confirmation for bags that I ordered on 4/8/2020. The confirmation said that the bags would be sent out in 3-10 days. It is now hitting three months and I have not received the order. Emails sent are not being answered. Looks like I am out the $30 is spent on this order.

I've tried emailing them and they never return my email. It's been three months since I paid.ive emailed them about five or six times. They did say about two months ago that they were falling behind because of Covid wand it would be 10 to 12 business days. It's been way past that.

Scam. Scam. Scam the doll inordered was gorgeous 53 dollars and sure charge 12 pounds when I got it is 10 inch doll worth 5 pound rubbish plastic small. Doll this was a present utterly disgusted
