I would give this company a zero rating. I never received my gown order made in June 28.2024. They never responded to my email informing them I did not receive my order. The sad thing of all is they were paid the full amount plus tip which I regret. They should have refunded my payment if they did not meet the order. Customer service is very very bad. I would never order from this company ever again.

Worst experience of my life. This company is a complete scam. Please brides do not do it, consider this a warning, I wish I would've done more research. The quality is terrible. You can get the same dresses on shein for 80% less. And they don't accept returns, if they do they will make you pay for shipping ($50-$70) to ship to china if you're in the united states plus they take 10% of the total dress cost for a restocking fee. And again the dresses are horrendous!

Received the dress, putting in a long was very difficult. The idea of a long side zipper was not helpful. Once on my bust line was under my chin. Also, the color I understand could be different, but it wasn't a color that I preferred. It was too light. Your return policy has something to be desired so many rules and no shipping label to return it. What kind of company does this is! My opinion is never to buy anything from you again, sorry about that but that's my feeling I would like my refund.

Definitely would not buy from this company again. Return policy is not adequate and they lack communication. Response time is super slow via email and there is no number to call for assistance it's only the email and that's not helpful because they don't get back to your in a timely manner. So they keep me there's nothing they could do and that I should keep the dress and resale it myself. Pitiful seeing that nothing was wrong with the dress only thing silt wasn't the right design for the wedding party I was supposed to be attending. So, I had to email them soon as I received the dress that was incorrect the day it was delivered and I had to wait two weeks for a response of them telling me I can't ship it back. Again I definitely would not buy from the company again!

Awesome customer service! Great and fast shipping! Of course because it came in the mail it needs dry cleaned. The dress is gorgeous all of my bridesmaids ordered this dress in different colors and so far everyone we have received is beyond expectations would recommend this company to anyone looking for sexy but elegant dresses that are great quality! Will be posting photos once dresses are worn! Thank you chicsew for making my bridesmaids feel beautiful!

The worst company possible. I have never written a review my entire life, but this had to be said. Made the dress too small with the wrong measurement chart. They completely refused my return, which in hand. They have a RETURN POLICY. They want me to completely buy a new dress! COMPLETE FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Company site says American made but they are based from a different country. They will not send you a contact number, everything through email. Such a scam. Don't waste your money or time. They just suggest getting alterations then returning your dress! So if you want to throw hundreds of dollars for bridesmaid dresses so be. But this company is horrible with customer service!

This website is a complete scam and rip off. The material is very cheap they will charge you extra fees for everything and then give you no viable options for returns or exchanges. Save yourself the time and money and order from elsewhere

I wish I could give this vendor zero stars. I do not recommend this company. I paid for expedited shipping & alterations for my dress, unfortunately my dress was made entirely too big and it has a stain. I contacted customer service they were no help, refused to refund me, refused to allow me to return the dress & refused to provide me with their shipping address. I highly DO NOT recommend this company, poor service & poor quality dresses.

This is a great company is you want a dress and it is going to fit perfectly (which rarely happens). If not, you will have a horrible time trying to return and exchange the item. The company will not work with you on making switches easy.

Hi my name is Stephanie and My wedding was on 7/16/22. My bridesmaids were quoted $450 for those dresses elsewhere. Then I went on Facebook and saw those same dresses from chicsew for less than $150. After great consideration, we decided it was worth the risk to order the dresses from online... I'm oh so glad we did! My bridesmaid and I were so happy with what we received and chicsew definitely exceeded our expectations. The dresses are hot, great quality and Chicsew also offered excellent consumer service to some of them who had ordered the wrong size. I would definitely recommend this website.

Bridesmaid ordered dress beginning of March for 4/23 Wedding day. Was told it'd be ready 4/7, then it changed to 4/15, then it changed to 4/28 which is AFTER my wedding date! An absolute horrible, disappointing & frightening experience. We are requesting refund, told them to stop making the dress because we're not going to need it. I will NEVER use them again. 2 months for a bridesmaid dress is absurd! Now my wedding is ruined. Please do not risk your wedding with these people AND they don't have a phone number!

As pretty as the dresses are, the strap hooks were easily broken. Due to me ordering ahead of time I was not able to get my money back, but instead was told I should go to a tailor shop and get new ones.

Honesty for the price you can't go wrong. It's a very basic one color dress however the sewing is very well done and the dress was solid and lined right so I always felt like I had it tailored to fit and not like a store bought generic fitting dress.

I simply love, love, LOVE my bridesmaids dresses! I ordered quite a few and got them altered to fit each person perfectly. It took a while and I started to get nervous about tnot having them on time but the seller told me that I'd have them on time and not to worry and with all thats going on right now she kept her word. Thank you so much!

I ordered a dress custom made, dress arrived and was extremely too big and looked horrible! I could not alter due to the dress with the amount of work needed and no alteration place wanted to touch it. I was told to ship dress back for a 90 % refund. They received the dress per tracking information. Now I paid them for the dress, paid to send the dress back and do not have a dress the paid for or a refund they promised, I've been fighting it with my credit card company and they keep winning by saying I agreed to their terms and do not have a refund policy for custom dresses but made my dress wrong! They do not want to acknowledge they made dress incorrect as I provided my correct measurements!

I had to pick a star, but really in my heart they don't deserve that at all.
So my loving sister found this website. She request that we order or dress from there. Cool and gravy love the style of the dress and color. But her is the kicker part. When the dress arrived to my front door I was excited. Trying it only to realize that one size of the dress was longer that the other. The top of the split had a bump over it. I had to take the dress to a seamstress. Where she had to take the dress apart to fix the whole dress. The lining in the dress was way smaller than the dress leaving everything all bunched up. I would never order a dress or have any of my braids maid order from them again.

I needed a dress for June 24 as I am the mother of the groom. I looked online for weeks and found nothing. I never wear dresses so I am out of my comfort zone. My friend found the chicsew site. We found two dresses that we loved. Soon, I realized I would have to order internationally from China. I was also out of my comfort zone doing this. I read their website and followed their instructions and ordered six or seven swatches to make sure of the true color. I found a color that I absolutely loved. I then followed the directions with how to take my own measurements for bust hips and waist. By doing this, I received a dress that fit me and I do not need alterations! Several ladies have seen me in the dress and think it is very elegant. I feel it as well-made and I love the fact that it includes a built-in bra. After I placed my order, I received a personal email from customer service just making sure I had the right size and color. They asked the date that I needed the dress by and it came 10 days early. I was able to track shipping from China to Florida. Once I received the dress I reached out to customer service to let them know that I was very pleased. They responded back right away. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable. It is a dress that I will be able to wear again.

I have made several attempts to Chicsew to return the dresses. The size we ordered was correct. They are refusing to give me the return address, because I won't agree to keep the US 16 dress. The dresses was poorly sewn together and shipped to me with holes, nor does it look anything like the picture. The vendor stated that these dresses was inspected by four of Chicsew workers which mean it should not have been shipped to me with holes. This is unacceptable and I am requesting a refund. I will upload the pictures of the silver and skyblue dresses this is false advertisement. They didn't meet their specifications or my expectations.
