I filed a complaint against chick Fila on Texas Road in Old Bridge, NJ since last month against the owner through chick fila corporate. Every time I call the corporate for an update they tell me they're still investigating. But I think it's a lie. They're just waiting for me to get tired of calling and give up. This is just how the system works. The rich protect each other's.
The first time l try their grill chicken l was hook, can, t get enough, it was just right, the taste gets your taste buds popping
My favorite one is chicken sandwich its great and I like the pickles inside. It was great experience and great food. I recommend getting food here.
Gosh bonus points with me if you would get more crafty with your Chicken Soup recipe. More broth and vegetables - mirepoix. You guys obviously have enough chicken to do it, to create a broth. Carrots, celery and onions. Dicey with garlic. I guess you use added corn starch. Amazing as heck to wait in line for basically a substandard product. Bring back the oatmeal as well. I think its basically this is the safest way to deliver the product. But 1 star on chicken soup. That challenge can be overcome in my opinion. Why not, the lines would get much longer in my opinion. I guess you all have reviewed all possible ingredients and stayed with that. No social review per se but why not it can be done.
My family like chick fil_a, we consider clean and yummy for a fast food restaurant, but the last 10 times we ordered, there was a missing item, this is so frustrating and we don't like it, either we order from the mobile app or in the restaurant, and that happened in more than one location, it's weird how they do this mistake like continuously, my daughter is crying now since 4 o'clock because they didn't put her sandwich in the order, and we can't go back to pick it up, we are so busy. It's so annoying
First, the place is difficult to find. I ordered the filet meal, all I got is a small amount of waffle fries, a sandwich and a Coke. A Cobb salad and a laughable fruit cup. All the food was cold and I had to reheat it. And then the sticker shock...$22 for unacceptable food. Will not be returning.
My wife and I went to store no. ******* on feb 18. We were first greeted well my the staff as we came in and the pleasantries were great. The cashier was James who was extremely accommodating. I had the best vanilla milkshake I ever had at a store of yours and there always very good anytime you buy one. The store was very clean. Even when we left one of your employees said have a blessed day. What a way to finish your day. Proof of purchase is order no. *******
My great-granddaughter wanted Chick-Fil-A for dinner so we started the online order! To begin with the order of a chicken sandwich they offered sauce (only 2) then when I got to the chicken strips and chicken nuggets no offer of sauce! Then I ordered 2 orders of strips and a 9pc nugget! So I also had to order the bottle of Chick-Fil-A sauce for 3.25! What the whole order for the 1 who wanted Chick-Fil-A was nuggets and Chick-Fil-A sauce! That was what we didn't get! Through Door Dash on this site the bill was $70.00 and the one who wanted to eat from there didn't get anything she wanted! I will never order from there again! It's too expensive and they don't give you what you order! They are supposed to be such a "Christian" place but they are rip offs! But the door dash driver was great!
Love love love thier service and their diet frozen lemonade is the best! However I never pick up food at 9:00 p.m. but I was so busy running around and shopping for Christmas today ended up going to the drive-thru at 9:00 p.m. today. I got my usual eight piece chicken nugget meal with the frozen lemonade. I drank the lemonade on my way home and then once I did get home just 10 minutes later the fries were all really crispy and old or at least they tasted old and the chicken nuggets was more crispy than usual and they were extremely dry. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am I was so hungry and I have been an avid spokesperson for this fast food. I ended up throwing out the meal and just finished the lemonade for dinner I had crackers and peanut butter instead of my meal.
Amazing. I love that they offer continued access and editing of a paid, Email Signatures. I especially love that they don't follow a common billing practice of most competitors by charging a monthly or annually for continued editing or even use of your signature. Designhill allows makes it easy to access AND edit past signatures and no extra free as I own that signature. Perhaps my favorite part as a business owner is immediately after completing the signature they show detail instructions how to add your signature to all major email providors including Microsoft Exchange
Chick-fil-a is against theLGBTQ+ community. Their food is also not good, just tried it today. They're coffee is bitter even when sweetened, the macaroni and cheese is too salty and too cheesy, their burgers are moist, their tomatoes are soggy, and their lettuce is wilted. None of their food is fresh.
I can't get enough of chick- fil- A they're chicken sandwiches are so bomb and they sauce is one of a kind
Was craving chic fila food and looked up directions to an Omaha location I hadn't been to and was unsuccessful in finding it so the one I went to was out of the way but verified the hours stated until 10 at the 7575 dodge st location only to find that at 9:40 there were cones in the drive thru blocking the entrance and no way to get inside because that was also blocked so I went to McDonald's instead since they can at least guarantee that they are open during the times they are posted. Love your food but completely annoyed that something as simple as staying open with the hours posted can't be guaranteed, no thank you
Chick fil a is extremely professional and every time I eat there the food is always fresh, I definitely recommend them.
I went to Chick several months ago and found that they couldn't handle the number of customers. People were stacked up by the exit door, took forever to get my meal.
Today I ordered for delivery 2 - 12 piece nuggets, 1 small box of 6 filets and a small macaroni and cheese. Total cost of delivery was $44.57. They have the nerve to tag on a delivery fee of $2.99 and a service fee of $4.14. Why would there be a service fee for something that Grubhub picks up and brings to my home? Isn't that the same as my picking it up? The food was God awful. Hard, tasteless, dry, no condiments. The macaroni and cheese that looks so wonderful on tv was really bad. I'm done with this place.
Fact: Chic-fil-A's fries tend to be really soggy and/or undercooked, unless you ask for them extra crispy. I had heard from an employee back in June, though, that as of July 1, they were no longer going to cook them extra crispy because of the extra wait.
Today, I drove thru, ordered salads and fries and, hoping to slip under the radar, I asked for the fries to be cooked extra crispy. The employee replied that they were no longer accepting extra crispy requests... BECAUSE OF COVID! I asked what difference COVID makes since they are cooked in a frier, but she didn't have an answer. It was clear she was just doing what she was told.
Because of COVID?! If my car breaks down, can I just blame COVID? If I gain a few pounds due to my wife's amazing baking skills, I think I'll just blame COVID instead.
When I told her why we request them that way, she said "Yeah, I know, I don't even order the fries anymore." But then she proceeded to just ask if I'd like to drop them from the order, rather than, oh I don't know, accommodating and pleasing the customer. Chic-fil-A used to empower their employees more than that, which is part of why their customer service was so stellar in the past.
If the other employee hadn't said openly it was because extra crispy takes longer, I wouldn't be quite as flabbergasted. And if the fries weren't so soggy apart from getting them extra crispy, I'd be a little more understanding.
C'mon, folks. Let's be honest with the public about wanting to get more business pushed thru at the expense of quality, rather than giving such a lame excuse.
Between that, the employee's statement of having to charge for extra sauce (!), and the resulting decline in customer service... I can't do it anymore. The lack of quality and higher cost of their food just isn't worth it. I'm out, Chic-fil-A.
Got take out waited till I got home to eat (good thing). Went to but some sauce on my sandwich and there imbedded in the pickle was a fly. Stuff happens I get it, but try to get my money back. Tried online( I don't live close to the store) all I got was a message saying someone will contact me. Been two weeks now. First I get a fly, now crickets. Ya lost me.
My dear friend and I went to Chick-fil-a for the first time yesterday 5/8/2020. We called ourselves
"Chick-fil-a Virgins ". Lol. Yes, we w as waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru but we were in no hurry. Food was great but the the service was great. Super sweet gals working there!
Thank you,
Melissa Pillsbury
P.S. I will return but live 50 minutes away so not sure when.
I ordered my breakfast meal online and pulled up to the Chick-Fil-A at 10:31. The moment I submit my curbside number my order can no longer be processed. This is very inconvenient and it was a big time waster that morning. If I submit the order a while before I arrive at the restaurant I should be given that order. I did love Chick-Fil-A but this is something that kinda pissed me off.
