I ordered a laptop cover and the cover I received was about 1 cm too small on 1 side & 1/2 cm too small on the other sides when lined up correctly with the apple symbol. It is too small to snap on correctly. The bottom case fits fine, but there's just no way the top will be able to fully reach the corners & fit into place. It's a plastic shell that doesn't stretch. No one at customer service gets back to me. I'm having to now dispute the charge since I can't get ahold of them. There's also no way for me to leave a review on their website. They must generate their own reviews because actual customers cannot share honest experiences & there's no human on the other side to help on orders. Avoid shopping with them!

I purchased a laptop case from this company and upon arrival I quickly realized the product was not as described; the item was flaking glitter and damaged, not snapping well onto the laptop and sections were missing glitter. I went to leave a review on Facebook but shortly after my review was deleted and I was blocked from leaving any other reviews or comments. I've since reached out to the company asking why this is the case but I've yet to hear back from them. This is very poor customer service and completely unacceptable. Clearly they only keep the positive reviews to boost their overall appearance when in actuality they are not what they appear to be and their products are not worth the high price tag. Please look elsewhere to a company that actually cares for their customers.
