I first call David a few weeks ago. I needed some advice and some guidance on a legal matter that came up suddenly and started searching for lawyers in my area. For a Saturday night, I didn't expect to hear back right away. But not only did David call, he was the ONLY one who called. We spoke for about 30 minutes, and he was very informative and helpful. I had a great experience with the Law Offices of David Chesley. I was charged with fraud and attempted grand theft, but thanks to him my felony criminal case has been dismissed! These guys are really helpful; they made sure that we were communicating properly from the start so there would be no confusion about what questions needed answering or how things should go forward in court. Even though they helped us out they did not try to persuade or push for approaches that we as his clients were uncomfortable with pursuing. He is willing to give his opinion without making false promises or empty assurances--which is rare and valuable to find in an attorney. After a few months, they succeeded in getting her charges dropped which was a miracle, but supposedly they work in Van Nuys Court all the time and are well-connected there. Anyway, I would recommend them if you want real help from an attorney. They will get it taken care of at an affordable rate and they work fast.

When I first met with David, I was immediately relieved by his assurances and experience to back up his statements about what we do. This law firm handles domestic violence, assault, DUI cases, drug charges and defends against felony theft allegations. Throughout the process the Law Offices of David Chesley was very prompt to answer any questions I had, never left me in the dark, and worked hard to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Do NOT hire them for any services. They are a SCAM. The only time they communicate with you, when they need your payments. They don't advice you or communicate. There lawyers are joke. Check BBB and state bar and they have the same complaints. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Highly recommend. Gave straight up advice from the beginning. Didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear just to get hired. The good and the bad. Mr. Chesley runs a professional and efficient law practice that has very reasonable fees. I could not be happier with the service I received. He turned a very scary situation into something I could handle. They both worked very hard to ensure that my case would have the desired outcome that I was looking for.
