Well i was in a pinch legally and while i called a few lwayers to find out my options david chesley was the one that stood above the rest by taking a personal interest in my case and doing everything he could for me, but first before anything else he explained realistically the options i had, something that other lawyers did not do, I cant stress this enough as other lawfirls said the same line to me time and time again "what ever trouble youre in we will get you out of"

I was in contempt of court because my lawyers did not attend my hearing. I personally emailed them the information about the hearing and they flat out did not show up. It wasn't until I called them to tell them that there was a warrant for my arrest that they finally realized their screw up.

They kept me in the dark about EVERYTHING. Two weeks before my hearing (that was rescheduled because THEY missed the date), I had to educate my attorney about the facts of my case. He had no idea about my situation and unfortunately, was clueless at the hearing as well.

I am due back in court in December. I have sent two emails and one phone requesting a status update on my case and have not received not even a confirmation call.
