Ordered 4 shirts. Two were too large. I wrote to Cherie Day and within an email was sent to me giving me some choices. I selected a credit for future purchases. The credit was put on the books within a day. Customer Service could not be any better.

I can't find my last order. It was supposed to be delivered on 9-25-25. I have looked all over my porch but cannot find it.
Please be warned, what you see on the website is not what you will receive. Somehow dresses clothing are made to look much more sophisticated, elegant colorful, high quality then they actually are. I think photos are super exposed which gives them a whole different look. My four dresses arrived squeezed into a package no larger than a manila envelope. When I opened I immediately thought oh no this is a wrong package. Sadly they were the four dresses I ordered. I was speechless at the poor quality; the muted colors, the horrific quality of the fabrics, the poor workmanship, the minimal stitching, the awful quality of the floral prints on one dress, and the terrible, shapeless fit. I would be embarrassed to wear any of these four dresses in public. Then the mysterious, very unprofessional return refund process begin. When I wrote the email that I wanted a refund, they responded by bargaining with me. They suggested I only take a 50% refund and keep these awful dresses I didn't want. When I said no they negotiated again to send me a gift card and keep the dresses. It was so odd, I've never experienced this with any online company. I finally got a random address in New York to return the package to with these unique instructions. I was so skeptical whether I'd ever receive a refund. Again very unprofessional. They sent me a phone number as well with a return address and of course when I called the phone number it was inoperable number. By some miracle I finally did get a refund to my credit card. But please this company is not what they appear to be online and very very stressful experience.
Bit deceiving when you promote FREE shipping over $99. And then when you order you see that FREE takes up to 16 days! Not nice to be told that at the very end when you are already committed to your choices.
For the dress I ordered, I expected it to have gold accents on the top of the dress. When it got here, they were White! Not what I expected because I bought it to go with my shoes and purse..

Dress never arrived. When I inquired, I was advised that it was out of stock with no foreseeable restock. They offered me to use the amount I paid for the dress toward other merch if I wanted to. I replied that I preferred a refund, and I have not heard back.
I also have another separate purchase that I have not received yet. Hope I am not just ripped off. And my credit card maybe compromised?
