The tracking of my order was far less than adequate as I'm sure the clothes come from China. As a "tracker" of my packages that was very annoying to me. The dresses did arrive, however, and are okay in quality but certainly not what I would have hoped for. I ordered them for my grandson's wedding but would not wear them for that special occasion as they LOOKED like they come from China... not quite like they were pictured on the website, I might say. I kept them for casual wear.
Your dresses are beautiful but your website is not. The pop-ups on the side are really annoying when you are looking for a dress for instance and all of a sudden you are looking at tops and have to click out of it.

I ordered large size. I usually wear medium. The elastic under the bust is very tight. I guess could. Wear the extra large. But if probably be to long.
I paid for the express shipping as I needed the item for an upcoming wedding. I ordered the item on June 8th and as of June 26th, I am still waiting on the item. When I checked on the tracking, as of the 26th, it states the item is sitting in California and has been there since the 18th waiting on the "carrier" to pick it up. My question is why isn't someone taking care of this, as it was tagged as an express shipping. I have not heard from Cherie Day with any updates on the delay, only asking for reviews which I am giving. I'm not sure if there will be a refund but I hope Cherie Day will make this right.

Try them on. I have sent multiple emails requesting an authorized return and a return address. I followed their rules but they played with me for 3 days writing about "OPTIONS" I DONT WANT OPTIONS; the dresses are sub par. I have a headache from writing 25 digit order and product numbers in each email. I dont have the time to play their games.

I won't order from here again as I've never received my dress. They ask once in awhile by email if I received it yet and I say "No" but they don't call or respond as to what is the problem and progress!

How can I review items that I haven't received yet? I got an email saying that the order was shipped on 6/14. According to the USPS, only a shipping label has been applied. USPS has not received the package yet. In fact, I had paid for expedited shipping but they are refunding me the additional $14 because the order is still not on its way.

So ordered what I thought was made and shipped within the US. Upon further review the garments must be coming from elsewhere. I paid extra for the dresses to be expedited but that was not worth it, seeing I still do not have the apparel... I would not recommend this site at all.

Cherieday advertises dresses with excellent online reviews however buyer beware; the website is a scam. After tracking had no data, I started looking for reviews outside Cherieday's website and read that other customers had not received their orders. Since I had reason to believe the product wasn't shipped I requested the order to be cancelled and was told it was too late to cancel. Three weeks after ordering and one day after requesting a refund, the package arrived from a local warehouse. The three dresses that I received definitely do not match the photos and descriptions on their website. The three dresses are cheap overseas knockoffs of the dresses in the photos. This Company is selling bait and switch clothing and their website reviews are fake. The dresses being shipped are not the dresses in the photos, not even close! My review was submitted to the Company website however it was not posted, not surprised. The Company will be reported for false advertising and bait and switch practices. Also, I will be filing a fraud claim with my Credit Company if they do not issue a full refund. They need to pick up their fake product if they want it, I certainly do not.
