Never again will I order from them. I purchased a jersey for $59.89 and the thread from the buttons were loose and sticking out that I ended up tightening it. I asked for a refund and yes I can but I have to mail it to China😂 and the person said that there's a chance it can get lost plus that will cost more than the jersey or my other option is I can purchase another one with a discount. Why would I risk my money knowing the quality of their work. Never again!

I ordered one jersey. They charged me for three! I got the jersey after 3 months. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, which they said would be here by then... It was two months late! They said they would refund me the money for two of the jerseys. It's been five months! They keep saying they refunded the money. There's nothing in my account. It's almost $200. I know I'll never see that money. Breaks my heart that people can be so cruel. I live paycheck to paycheck... this crushed me financially. I just wanted to do something extra special for someone a cared about. Cruel people.

I have had the same problem! My first order was great, impressive even. I decided to go back to buy my kids jerseys for Christmas. I waited... and waited... sent at least 4 or 5 emails asking how to track my purchase and no answer. I finally got my package well after Christmas but 4 items were missing. I have now sent another 4 or 5 emails and no answer. I guess this is their thing. They know you'll come back so they just rip you off. If they were smart they could have had customers for life and made a much bigger profit.

I too feel I've been scammed by this company. I plan on compiling a list of complaints and forwarding them to my local news station. I purchased a jersey for my sons 13th bday and never received it. I have sent 9 emails with no response. If anyone here would like their story or experience shared please feel free to contact me at *******@comcast.net please list the subject as jersey scam. That would just help me to keep it all together.

Just ordered last night and I am not very happy that the transaction went to fraud alert for my credit card and also that I have no order confirmation e-mail from them. I will come back to let everyone know the status. I bought 7 items, so free shipping, 2 hockey jerseys, 2 baseball jerseys, 3 football jerseys for a total of about $213 US dollars. Happy with the price for every thing, even the $47 of additional fees (which included shipping) that were added on. Hope I get my items.

I ordered and paid for 5 Jerseys. Received email with Tracking Number showing 4 items. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them back questioning the missing 1 Jersey. 2 days later, received a 2nd Tracking Number with 1 item. Even though ALL were ordered and paid for before 11/20/2019, I received the 1 Jersey today (12/9/2019) while the 1st tracking number with the other 4 Jerseys is STILL showing in China. They have no way to reach them other than a submission form that you ALWAYS get an error message after trying to submit (even though the characters are less than the required 500). SO DISAPPOINTED SINCE I ORDERED 2 JERSEYS A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK WITH NO ISSUES. Now they leave me bo other choice than to dispute with my bank. I have screenshots and proof of EVERYTHING!

This Website knows as much English as a 3 year old! You send them an email they reply but what they sent you does not make sense. So I put my order through they sent me a conformation # after about 2 days I asked them for my tracking number. They did just that they have me my tracking number turns out it was the WRONG ONE! That package was going to Pennsylvania and I'm in California. I'm still waiting to receive my package... Will keep you guys posted

I placed an order for over 100 jerseys on 12/6/2010. At the time I ordered the jerseys they had advertised 8 free jerseys if you order 100+. Here it is 1 month later and I did not receive 9 of the jerseys I had ordered nor did I receive the 8 free jerseys. Communicating with this company is nearly impossible. There understanding of the English language is very limited. They sent me incorrect tracking numbers for packages. Shipped using 3 different carriers. Thank goodness I paid via paypal so I can dispute the order. Stay away!

I ordered two jerseys 2 weeks before super bowl as site said you would receive your package in 5 to 8 days. Charged me 8 dollars more than I agreed too, but I did get a legit tracking number (maybe). Went on usps.com and tracked the package, looks like they processed the order same day and shipped but it is three weeks later and still says the package is in Los Angeles since the 2nd of February, so I don't know whether to fault cheapjerseys or the postal system. One thing that sucks is when I ordered a jersey for my son I ordered a men's medium and when I got a confirmation of order it showed a women's jersey and could not contact anyone to fix it either by phone or email.

I ordered a custom jersey on nov 12th 2013. They never sent any confirmation but charged my credit card. The next day I contacted them via the "contact us" tab on the website. They called back that day from a skype number, and a gentleman with a thick asian accent said it was shipping the following day. A month later I have not received anything and they have not responded to numerous attempts to contact them. If by some miracle, this isn't a SCAM and I receive it in the near future it is still the worst customer service I have ever received.
