Within minutes of "booking" I received an email asserting my AA reservation was not confirmed, booking was on hold, and the ticket class was not available. Someone called and tried to switch me to Delta at the same price and approximate times, and this was highly suspect. I asked to cancel ASAP and they tried to continually assert this Delta flight was the same and a great deal without conceding to a prompt refund. Very pushy, and upon reviewing the email they sent, its all a front/scam. STAY AWAY and be careful who you book through. Fortunately, it looks like my card has not been charged.

I made a reservation for round trip ticket, Salt Lake City to Bangor and back. Waited and waited for email confirmation which never came. About an hour after making the reservations online, I got a call from an agent at Cheapfare..., asking me if there was another airport, another date, etc. Another airport? Has she ever looked at a map of Maine? LOL. I was clearly a victim of bait and switch and right off the bat told her," I want a refund. I'm only interested in the deal I clicked for. Refund me now." She tried to convinced me it was "normal" to have to haggle over the specifics and I told her," I'm going to call the bank" about 3 times until she agreed and said," Ma'am, I'm issuing a full refund." Don't use this vendor!

First, they show you a great price when you book it. Once you give your credit card and all other information, they put you on pending and then they say outgoing flight is not confirmed but your inflight is confirmed. Then they will say that the outgoing flight was sold out on economy but available in higher class with additional $$ and try to sell you a higher price ticket. What a bunch of Con Artist.

I had to quickly block my credit card. Once you book a ticket they will start calling you wanting your card info over the phone. They say you will get a cheaper fee by paying over the phone. After they called me 4 or 5 time within 10 minutes I told the person I wanted to cancel the ticket and I was told I could not cancel. SO I had to block my credit card before it could be charged. The airfair prices are low on this site for a reason. SCAM

Do NOT book tickets with this company! Right in the fine print it states that your booking is not guaranteed and is only "a request." I booked tickets through them that they never actually booked (even tho I had a confirmation) and had to rebook through the airline at a much higher rate because this company never booked my flight. Stay far far away from this site! They've also been investigated by the BBB and were determined a bait & switch site.

If I could do a NEGATIVE 3 - I'd do it. We used CheapFlights.com to get fares. The CheapDealsFare was chosen and we ordered two trips with Delta and American and got reasonable pricing for them. But, they emailed me saying that they couldn't confirm the flights and we needed to call them back asap. So, we did. And they continued to scam us by saying the fare was no longer available and we need to move over to Southwest and pay more and they would get confirmation that they could get two free checked bags for us. We pushed back hard on the second booking and said this is highway robbery and they should not sell or advertise what they cannot complete. We hung up on the second booking and did not complete the conversation with them to see if they charge us anyway. Manipulative, dishonest and forceful and shady conversations all happening in a call center overseas - likely Indian.

I booked a flight through them and got a confirmation for the flight. I then called them the night before because I usually receive a check in 24 hours before. They told me my flight was not confirmed and they sent me an email and called me. I could not find the email and I never got a call. They told me I could book it with them for $1100( it was originally $400). I'm not even sure this is a legit company but if it is they have customer service people that aren't in the US, barely speak English and try to scam you for a ridiculous fee.

I booked a flight online, did most of the work. Thought booking was done. Got a call next day, had to re-book due to issues. Did not realize I was going to be paying extra ($400) for this, thought I had made reservations myself, not someone from Cheapdealsfare. Would never use this company again.

I was given a price of $300 round trip. I submitted with my payment. Later (maybe an hour) I received an email to call to confirm. What. I called they said they could only get the return trip. That the cost would now be $900. I told them I was not interested and they tried to tell me that the return trip was already confirmed and paid for and I could not cancel the return trip. They argued that I have to pay for the return trip. They could not understand that I bought a package (to & from) I was not interested in one way. They continued to charge me for the package even though it was not complete as they had originally proposed.

Stay clear of this company. I hope you see the reviews before you put in your credit card information.

When I booked my round trip, I was led to believe my flight would be $373.46. I just received a call from the company. The phone number didn't look legit, so I let it go to voicemail. When I called, the answering machine didn't even say that this was Cheap Flights Fare. It just asked for my reference number. Then, an Indian man, in broken English told me that I still owed money. It turned out that I would now be paying $547.80! I would receive a penalty of $124 in penalties if I canceled. UGH. I wish I'd gone with a reputable company like Travelocity or Expedia!

BAIT AND SWITCH - they show economy prices and after I booked they said all economy seats are booked on the flight down so the cost is actually $400 more, so I asked them to cancel my purchase but they already booked the return flight & said they can't refund that money, instead I can only have e-credit with that airline. This is completely unacceptable. This business is fraudulent. They lie on their site. Do not use them.

I booked a flight through this scam company. Later I received an email saying I needed to call them to confirm my ticket. For starters, the number provided was a Chinese number, not a toll free number.

Once I called them they told me the fare I paid for wasn't available and I needed to pay a higher price and take a different return flight. When I told them I did not agree and I want either the flight I paid for or a full refund, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee.

After almost 30 minutes on the phone and threatening to report the charge as fraudulent if I wasn't given a full refund, they finally agreed.

Through the years I have booked dozens of tickets through their competitors with no problems. I will never be booking through CheapDealsFare again.

Company posts cheap flights online, sends a receipt/booking confirmation, but doesn't send flight confirmations from airlines. When you call them, they try to charge you more to book OR attempts to charge a cancellation fee. Those are your only two options, and the call center is a "group" of a couple of ppl that are all in on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 100% a SCAM

They tricked my wife into thinking we got round-trip tickets to Orlando for our family of 7 for only $540 with Frontier. They took payment and immediately after the payment told her now you have to choose if you are bringing bags and do you want to sit together with your kids? When my wife said yes, they told her it was going to be an additional $1,600. My wife was shocked and said that's more than Delta we normally fly with and the rep pretty much told her that's fine if we didn't want to continue, but we would forfeit our $540 we paid for 3 minutes ago.

My wife came and found talked to me and we had CheapDealsFare send us information about what we just purchased for $540 and what else would be included for $1,600. To not lose the $540 we decided to go forth, but at that time they said the flight had booked up more and now it would be an additional $150 if we want seat selection. So naively, we were conned into more money. (later I went and looked up our flight and both ways it's only about 20% full… mostly empty! Liars!)

When it came to our flight, we found that one of my kids didn't have checked luggage paid for (either way) and that we were going to have to pay $69 x 2. We showed Frontier our written confirmation from CheapDealsFare showing "1 Free Checked Bag/passenger" included in our rip-off price package we paid, and Frontier basically said too bad, they are not affiliated with CheapDealsFare. And they were pretty rude about it too. They suggested we book directly with them next time.

Don't go this route! OMG! I booked with Cheapdealsfare for a great price and was called at midnight to be told the airline did not accept my booking. After being on the phone trying to get rebooked I ended up with a bill twice the price of the original booking. After calling the airline I found out that I would have saved $200 to have booked directly with the airline! Within the 24 hour window I called to cancel. They would give me half of my money back! After talking to the BBB I had the right to cancel for a full refund as they were dishonest. What an absolute nightmare! I have a claim on file with the BBB to investegate if my money is not returned in full within the next 48 hours. Please, oh please beware!

Received my itinerary and when I got to airport discovered that they booked my flight for the day before. Now they won't respond to my emails or phone calls. Do not use this service.
