I booked my tickets and they called and said the booking is not confirmed abd that i have to oay additional charges to confirm booking. They asked additional $550 to get confirmed tickets. This company is a scam. Please dont waist your time and money with them.

I thought I bought a RT ticket for a good price. Later got email saying the ticket was "pending." I called to find out more. They tried to sell me another ticket for a much higher price. Eventually, after at least a dozen phone calls, getting hung up on many times, being left on hold for 30 minutes -- I finally gave up. Had to cancel my credit card so that they couldn't charge me. Terrible way to run a business. Altogether a frustrating experience.

They give u 10 minutes to get the deal of a lifetime. I ordered a flight from SLC-PHL all on southwest I've flown southwest before and they usually have bag fees included. They called and changed one of my flights to frontier which I've flown many times and said they had to charge me another $85 for bags.(carryon) when I told them I'll just cancel they told me I had to pay $82 for canceling fees. I told him they said on their sight I had up to 33 hours to cancel and he fed me some bs that is only if they haven't booked. Total scam

Many have said it already. They charge a VERY low price. Then you get an e-mail it isn't final unless you call them. Then, when you call, they tell you you can't have the agreement you paid for, but they offer you something way more expensive. How can this be legal?

Oh boy! I can't even cry from what this bad cheap deals fare did for me and my friend. We booked a ticket together for $850 each. Then we received a call that we can't sit together, and also not included luggage. So we have to take a different flight for double price! So we took it on the condition that we get for this price extra leg room seats, sitting together, insurance, kosher meal, free luggage. Then it started stressful days with them that I could not describe them at all! We asked them for the number of our seats. We were put on hold for hours! And most time they knock down the phone by mistake... Or tell you that supervisor is going to call you back in few minutes. And you wait... And no body calls you. Also we asked for conformation email from them, that we are getting the extra leg room seats. And They promised us 100 times that we are getting it in few minutes... But we never got it. Then they promised us that when we arrive to airport we will get every thing promised. And we trusted them. But when we arrived we didn't get extra leg room seats, no sitting together, no insurance, even the kosher meal we asked for we didn't get, even tho there is no cost for it. Then when we came back from our important trip we tried to dispute the charges from this ugly travel agency, but wells Fargo put them selves on the side of the scammers not allowing me to dispute. Please please! Help me get back my money! Please who ever has any idea, please tell it to me! I'm poor and I want back my money! Please give me advice how to win these 2 scammers. Cheap deals fare and wells Fargo! 😰😪 I can't stop cry.!

I "booked" a flight to Mexico City for 3 people. A few hours later, I received an email that my booking was pending and to call them. I was told that only 1 person (my 15 year old) could be placed on the flight I selected, but the other 2 people could be booked on a different flight (at a much higher price) or on different days at the same price. I declined and told them to cancel. The rep then tells me that I can only get a flight credit. I explained that I read the fine print and that refunds are issued within 24 hours of the booking. Also, I hadn't even been charged and the flights weren't even available. So it's not possible to be charged for something I tried to book but they admitted that they couldn't provide. After much debate, the rep agreed that I would not be charged but he seemed upset that I didn't fall for his lies and that my argument was logical. This company is not honest and will lie to customers in order to keep money for a service they can't provide or to get you to pay a higher fare than what was advertised on their website. Just be sure to read the fine print and rules before attempting to book with them.

Booked a flight, got an email that it was being processed and needed to speak with agent. I received a call and caller ID said non-profit, I called back and the agent was on break. Agent called back and tried to change flight and double the price. I asked to cancel and told I would only get flight credits. I had to report to bank and cancel my card. Nightmare.

Booked air tickets through this web site, Cheapdealsfare it is 1000% SCAM. When i want to make change within 24hrs, they offered you a 5x flight price and said it is not refundable. They even said their web site price needs to be updated, whatever you see is not true and not honor. They just tried to rip you. The so call customer service name is J.D. Something, bunch of scammers. It turns out i have to call my credit card company to cancel my current card to protect myself. Everyone please report to FTC about this scam site Cheapdealsfare.

Their site will show you prices that are over $100 less then any legit site. When you book it, you are not charged yet and you will get an email saying they will call you to confirm. When they call they will tell you that the price is now more then double what you booked and over $100 more then legit sites. They told us it was now over $700. Then they will try to sell you anything they can that is more then the price you first booked. If you try to say no they keep hounding you and try to make it seem like your the bad guy. If you want a refund they will tell you they can't as it's already booked. However in the email you got it says you are not charged until they call and confirmed. We did not confirm and they told us there we will be a cancelation fee. After going back and forth we told them not to charge our card and hung up.

Do NOT us them at all.

Booked 2 tickets at a great deal and had them call to say the tickets no longer are available and the price went up thousands. Said if I tried to cancel it would be a $300 charge and only credits with the airline for the rest. They told me 2400 would be the price and suddenly it jumped to 2,800. They took 621.22 for themselves. Absolute scam, I'm so mad at myself for letting this happen.

This company will take your money and time. I booked and payed for tickets. What i found out later was the airline could not issue tickets because they were overbooked. The representative then offerred an alternative flights costing hundreds of dollars more than the original tickets. We went back and forth and ended the transaction with a cancelation fee of $149.00. We had booked other flights for other family members and 2 weeks later no information, no tickets, a representative that could not provide, the basic answers to my questions, "The agent working on your booking is not available, she will call you in hour." 5 hours later no call. Just bad customer service all around. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

This travel agent uses outright lies and bait and switch tactics to take your money! After I chose flights from their website, I was called and told that the selected itinerary was not available but another was available for a higher cost but the new tickets would be ECONOMY FARE. The routing was better so I bit. I confirmed with the sales rep Jady Wilson (probably a false name) that the full economy fare would allow me to select seats in advance at no extra cost and that carry-on bags were included. This woman made the full pitch so I purchased the tickets. After receiving the airline locator code I found ti was a BASIC ECONOMY FARE and so I had none of the benefits of economy. I called for two days and got only hangups. The "message us" and "chat" features of the Cheapdealsfare website are disabled Total fraudsters!

SCAM! There search engine will show low fares, then they will phone you from their OVERSEAS CALL CENTER to say the Airlines doesn't have that lower fare, but will get you "confirmed" by booking a more expensive flight. SCAM!
American Airlines should be ashamed to allow interactions with this SCAM company.
Just read their Itinerary notice and butchering of the English language. It's a shame any company is allowed to do business in the United States like this SCAM!

TERRIBLE experience! I booked a RT flight. The next day I was told that the return flight could not be confirmed and they tried to increase the price for another flight. I asked them to cancel it since it clearly states in their agency confirmation email, "You may opt to cancel your booking in case updated or alternate option does not work for you." I was told that they had to contact the airline since the first leg of my trip was confirmed with them and it would cost me $45 to cancel. I stated I should not have to pay the fee since they could not provide the flights I requested. The next day I had to call FOUR times to get a cancellation and was told I would receive notification in my email in "15-30 minutes" each time. I never did. They also kept saying I needed to pay $45.
Well, I called the airline and THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY RESERVATION for the first leg.
I once again called and told them I spoke with the airline and I had no reservation therefore no need to pay $45. I also refused to get off the phone until they sent me a written notification of cancellation from their agency. It took less than 10 seconds.

This company is a SCAM. Bait and switch. And good luck trying to cancel.

I don't see how this company can continue as a legitimate business. I recently booked a flight through them. A few minutes after completing the booking, I received a call from one of their agents informing
Me that the price at which I booked would not be honored. The agent informed me of the following:
1. The flight that I had booked had placed me on standby.
2. Offered to book me on a flight with a different airline at a date one day later than my previous booking.
3. The cost of my booking would increase by 62%.

I told them just to cancel the booking. They refused. Fly far away from this company.

One stare is to much they scam you by telling you the flight has been changed for some reason and then charge you more I would pick any other site
