I booked a flight with them and I was called a few hours later and told my return flight had been cancelled, and I had to book a different one for an extra $200... dishonest!
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Cheapdealsfare. I booked a flight through their website for $141.33, and everything seemed fine initially. However, a few minutes later they call me back. Stating that they can't honor my trip, but If I would add $175 more they would. They were very rude on the phone and very quick to hang up the phone. They call me a fool and said I was the one who came to them, not them to me. And that they will not refund my money. Even though they are the one canceling my trip. There was no clear explanation or alternative offered.
I tried to contact their customer service, but it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. After hours on hold and multiple attempts, I finally reached someone who was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. They said they will not give me my money back, and if I want the fight I have to pay the extra $175.
To make matters worse, the airline itself is selling the same tickets for $86.00. Cheapdealsfare is a scam, with rude customer service. In the end the customer rep would give his name are employee ID and told me to go figure it out myself.
Overall, Cheapdealsfare caused me a lot of stress, wasted time, and extra expenses. I will never use their service again and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book directly with the airline or a more reputable travel agency.
DO NOT EVER USE CHEAPDEALSFARE via cheapflights.com! They book you at one fare then freeze your flight and call you back and say that flight can't be booked bc it didn't charge you the correct "taxes" and upcharge you $140! It did this to my nephew. Believe me we had words when I called them! It's CRIMINAL!

Low fares posting don't exist from Cheapdealsfare.com It's a bait and switch operation that doesn't have a physical business location anywhere in the world. A virtual phantom. I got a reservation that was not recognized or confirmed by the actual airline. When I called, they said "there are no more seats at the low price but I can pay $291 more to get "better seating". There were two "error" in the reissued reservation: wrong day of the week and wrong date. This could have caused a problem with the airlines and the airlines could have denied my boarding flights.Bottom line: if ANY 3RD PARTY TRAVEL COMPANY OFFERS a price is too good to be true compared to the going rate of average discounting--BEWARE. The trick for these transactions is they stall 24 hours so you can't cancel or get your money back! READ OTHER CONSUMER COMMENTS on any company you plan to deal with before paying and search watch dog agencies like Beter Business Bureau, Reddit, Sitejabber and etc.
I fell for everything that the reviews talk about regarding CheapDealsFare. They don't honor the published fare, they lie about the airline putting a hold on the reservation, and they ask for more money to be able to book the flight.

They just sold ticket to me and next day When i call to confirm, they told me I had to pay $400 extra because of overbooking.When i refuse to pay, they say this is NON REFUNDABLE TICKET!

Booked 3 economy seats from their website for a United Airlines flight. The cost was a little over $1300. They called me, I didn't answer because it came up as potential span. Then they emailed me saying to contact them. When I called, they told me that all the economy seats were sold but they could still get us on the flight in the main cabin for over $2400. I told them that that was unacceptable. As he was looking for better deals, I was looking at the Southwest site where I could get 3 tickets for $1600. He told me he could get us on that Southwest flight for the 1600 and then quickly said that those seats weren't available but had seats in main cabin for $1900. As he was telling me this, I was booking my flight for the $1600. I told the agent that they were practicing Bait & Switch activities and demanded to talk to the manager in charge. After waiting a few minutes on hold, the manager told me the exact same thing as the agent - big surprise!. I told him that I already booked with Southwest for the $1600 and their Bait & Switch tactics aren't working and I was going to report them to the proper authorities. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
