We recently requested to have air duct cleaning. Charles employee Coop was very knowledgeable in cleaning, explained thoroughly how the procedure would be done & would be able to accomplish the job without involving us at all. Upon completion he explained exactly what he did & what to expect. Also gave advise on how to upgrade the system in purifying against alergies, etc. Because of Coop, it was a very easy atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend Charles & Coop in particular.
Dont Do it. They are unethical, unprofessional and will lie to just get your money, and on top of that they will make up some excuse to not complete the job. Long story short, they came late in the evening to my moms house for clogged drains. They only plunged the drains and water was still present. They then wrote some lame excuse and charged her. They wrote on the invoice that she should call Rotor Rooter to water pressure the outside trap. What! Most real pluming companies have a heavy duty snake and would have done this in the first place. Why recommend someone else when you are there to do the job. They did not even try to snake the outside trap. Charles Heating & Air Conditioning, AKA Charles One Hour Heating And Air, is a pass the buck company Dont do it.

Charles heating workers John & Jim were very good at helping us & explaining the types of furnace that would be long lasting for us. We were without heat for 2 days and they came on an Emergency call. Our furnace was17 years old and Ralph also made calls trying to get parts which were no longer available for our type of furnace. We have had other service with Charles & are very satisfied with them
Amin got here right on time, worked fast and efficient, answered questions about filters used, dressed very professionally. It was a pleasure to have him work in my house.
