This is the worst company ever. The only thing they were good at was taking the money out of my acct. Ordered Dec 25 funds taken out Dec 27 when finally product arrived (after numerous calls) it was wrong. I have been trying to get my refund since Jan 17th. Customer service people are sooo rude and not helpful at all. Like talking to robots. Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I will be relentless until I get my money back!@

Probably a scam. Try to delay as long as possible after you ordered an paid with additional questions. Then you hear nothing until you inquire for the status. They'll tell you the order has been cancelled due to a lack of stock.
They promise you several times to refund, but that never happens. My credit company is taking care of this.

When charger did not arrive via next day air, I contacted the site; the service "agent" was full of lies. "He" didn't even know what the shipment date was. When I demanded a refund, he said it had already been sent out "priority mail"; I asked for the tracking number, he apologized and said he would email it to me first thing "tomorrow"; I finally demanded a refund to my credit card, and he said the money would be returned immediately. Here we are 9 days later- no refund, no product. Reported the "company" as an illegal operation to our bank and credit card company; writing this review to help other potential victim learn the truth before hand.

Its 6/12/17 and I still have not got my order hey took the money on 5/1/17 excuse after excuse complete fraud never trust this site never buy anything off them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered laptop charger for my Hp 2013 and Toshiba about the week ending Jan. 2017.
On Jan. 29 2017 my account was charged $38.95.
The items never was delivered.
On Feb. 10 2017 they said a refund of $38.95 was processed. Nothing appeared on my account.
I love things like this!

I have filed arbitration with my bank. Waiting for result.

I will sue Chargerdeal.
I will sue Light Beam PLC
I will sue their owners and
Charge them for fraudulent
Deceptive business activities
And Internet fraud.

This company sucks I ordered a charger on Dec 28 and did not get the charger that I needed they sent me a different one that was not the right volts. Their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a charger for my laptop on June 8 2017 and I still have not receive it. After four days. Of waiting I called them to inquire about it and was told it was still pending. The second call I made they stated it was still on its way it was sent by UPS instead of regular mail. The third call I made was requesting a refund the fourth call still waiting for that refund and then I was told that the order was cancelled. 5th call I made was again wanting my refund. So I call the company every single day until the money is back in my account if they can keep my money dammit I can bother them until. U am given back my money.

Chargerdeal.com is a total rip-off! I placed an order on Jan 5 and was told I would receive it in 5 to 7 days. Here we are at January 24th and I still do not have my order. Plus I have called and emailed them many times and have been given so many excuses that I have lost count of them all. First they said they would mail me a tracking number. Never did. Then they said they would call me back in an hour. Never did! Then they said they would email me a tracking number. Never did! I will never order from this company again. Plus I am launching a complain to warn all social media of this company's failure to live up to it's promises!

I placed my order on 5/25/17 and have YET to receive my charger. This is a complete scam and this company should be shut down. Excuse after excuse that their system is down. Well $#*! your system

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a charger from them. After waiting almost 2 weeks and still no charger I called them back. I was given shipment info but it was not correct. So, I called back in and was given more shipment info that was finally correct. Received the charger a couple of days later. The charger fried my hard drive in my laptop! So, I contacted the company once again by email. I followed the protocol according to their website. I have been given the run around about returning the charger that I obviously no longer need! I have numerous emails between myself and one of their employees but no solution! I called the company but they will never answer my call. This company backs their products with a 100% guaranteed according to their website but that is a fraudulent claim! I am out the $25 for the charger and had to purchase a new laptop! Plus, I will have to pay someone to attempt to get valuable files off my fried laptop for me as well! I wish I could them a rating of ZERO! They do not even deserve that in reality! This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity! They need to be shutdown! Here is my rating for this company in my own words... THIEFS, LIARS, FRAUD! SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET A CHARGER OR WHATEVER ELSE YOU NEED FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY IF NECESSARY! DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!

I placed an order on 17 Jan, paid $19 for 2 day shipping. I never received an order confirmation or a tracking number. I called on the 19th of Jan to check on the order status and was told it shipped on 18 Jan with 2 day shipping. They would not provide me with a tracking number. I called again on 20 Jan demanding the tracking number which they gave that showed that the item didn't even ship until that morning, 20 jan. When they finally did ship it they did NOT ship it 2 day. It took five days to get to me. When questioned about this on numerous phone calls I was told they were unable to refund me because the $19 shipping fee went directly to fed ex and they cannot get the money back. (I think we all know that's a load of crap). I've been told this issue has been "escalated" three times. No one has called or emailed about this. When I call, I just get another, "we will escalate". I have asked to speak to a supervisor and amazingly their phone lines cannot transfer phone calls, so please call back. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I odered a charger for my ACER Aspire Model # 5735-6285 on April 30th in the evening the lady that my order was somewhere she had kids around maybe at home she did not all my info the system on May 2nd I get an email
