I needed AC adapters for two laptops. Both were for newer machines and thus not available at lower than full retail.

ChargerBuy had both in stock and shipped them within a day or two. Both work fine. They are not OEM so not sure about durability.

I realize looking at these "good reviews" with poor English are likely fake reviews. It is criminal for these companies to charge money for bum products and then never give a phone number for contacting them because they are not a real company. I received the wrong chord for what I ordered and looking at the website it looks like it's a waste of time to try to get my money back. Will talk to credit card company about declining payment

I'd been searching for an unusual Lenovo power supply for weeks, and these guys had it! Unfortunately they don't ship to my country, but were so helpful that they found me a supplier who would send one to me. How's that for awesome service. Thanks very much Jacqueline and Daisy for all your help.

The chargers I received were UL listed, heavy duty and very sturdy, shipping was promptly, I received them in 3 days.
Used it for 2 days and they charged my device very quickly without warning up. Everything came as promised, I was concerned about the compatibility, worked like a charm, I am so pleased with your customer service and promptly delivery.

Cheap product that does not work. Sent the item back and never got a refund. They stop responding to emails once you let them know you want a refund. I had to pay to ship it back, costing me even more than the original purchase.

I ordered online from chargerbuy.com to obtain a laptop charger. They allowed me to keep one charger but it was not compatible. They have sent me a compatible charger but it does not work. When I asked for a working charger, they told me no refunds are available because their shipping costs exceeded the amount I spent for the compatible charger. I am confused because I spent money for a product and never received it nor was the charger I received working properly. I will never shop with this company again and I am in the process of creating a claim with better business bureau to get my money back.

Bought a charger on Monday, said it would be delivered by Thursday, we are a week in and it is still not shipped the following Tuesday. I'm beyond disappointed. Would give Zero Stars if a option, 1star is to kind

What a scam company with less than no customer service. Ordered a power cord. Ok so my bad I mistyped my zip code. Did I get a tracking number, no... did I get any follow or notice that it was returned, no. Tried to contact, well of course there is no phone number for the company which should be the first signal. Then the trying to deal with their service people via email is a joke. You are warned if you deal with this company.

Just received my replacement charger for acer laptop (left mine in hotel). Had to return Best Buy's universal laptop charger with 6 differrent plug in connections that did not fit. That was $60. I received the correct charger from chargerbuy.com for $20 including 6or7 for delivery. True to website the order went out within 24 hrs and I received it in a week. Good job, it fits, the laptop is charging, and I saved $40. Would have given a 5 if I received it in 5 days or less! I love companies that do what they say.

I order a replacement power cord for a computer monitor, and when I got it i checked the output to make sure it was right. They sent a 19v power cord for a 12v monitor. It also took almost 3 weeks to arrive with no form of shipment tracking or anything only an email saying to sign into PayPal to return the product. Upon taking a closer look at the cord the connector isn't even the right size for the product they were advertising.

I wrote six $#*!ing emails too them too cancel my order because i ordered the wrong charger!they still continued too mail out my package within four hours of placing my order...not good on their part because its gonna cost me even more money too waste cuz of their $#*!in $#*!'s wont read their $#*!in emails!

I will never buy a charger from anywhere else! This company is amazing! It was a hassle getting the correct charger for my laptop (due to being misinformed by my bf about which one to order lol) So I ordered and received the incorrect charger the first time. I contacted ChargerBuy via email, great communication, super fast response, and they shipped me the correct charger which arrived two days later. The charger works great, came packaged very well, and is exactly as described. Thanks ChargerBuy!

My ThinkPad charger was lost, I bought one from them. It is well made and the wall cable is long enough, I needed a replacement charger for school and this worked perfectly.

When I first received the charger I thought I received the wrong one because the package was so small, but I was wrong, the charger was correct, the package was small because the charger is a portable type, it's a surprise.
