I ordered the wrong charger for my sons laptop and when I emailed to ask if I could return it they said yes of course. But the best part is I emailed at night and they responded right away. They walked through what I needed to do to help them figure out what was the correct charger I needed. They were awesome! I bought an item (Replacement Compaq Presario CQ61 AC Adapter 90Watt 19V 4.74A) from this site, the price is not high. After I send back this item and told them the tracking number, they soon arrange to ship me a new one, and at the next time I got the tracking number of the resend item. I am very happy.
