I'm very happy to write this review. I initially simply watched Lisa Rangel's informational presentation on resume writing, and went from there. The impact was in re-thinking how I was seen as a professional. Both her (and team's) work represents great advice to career-minded individuals who strive to be seen in a way that accurately represents who they are today - and for a job-seeker, that's critical for potential employment. I won't state that I followed every last piece of advice, but it did expand my thinking quite a bit.

"Just a note to let you know that I succeeded in my job search by using all of the information you had provided in your "free" webinars... I managed to land a great job with a dynamic company earning a six-digit income. It's exceedingly rare that a person gets 'free advice' that is worth more than it costs! Initially, I thought Chameleon was an excellent service, and I was happy with what they did for me. But, as time passed and I had not found a job, I felt I fell off their radar. My story is this. I was in technology sales for many years and at the worst time possible I had to deal with a health issue that knocked me out of the game for two years. Yep, 52 years old and looking for a job again. I eventually took a job completely unrelated to my experience while searching for the right one.

In the meantime, using your free advice I chipped away at my resume and LinkedIn profile until I took them from a "summary of my experience" to easy to read and achievement based.
