As an older worker, it's not easy finding a job. So when my job was eliminated in mid September, I sought out resources and the most valued was Chameleon Resumes. My story is this. I was in technology sales for many years and at the worst time possible I had to deal with a health issue that knocked me out of the game for two years. Initially, I thought Chameleon was an excellent service, and I was happy with what they did for me. But, as time passed and I had not found a job, I felt I fell off their radar. I had paid my money and was out of sight and out of mind. I ended up using another service and that is when I realized how poor Chameleon actually was. My resume was average at best, my LinkedIn was not correctly done to generate search results, and the networking advice they gave me was just general vanilla. In hindsight, Chameleon was a waste of time and money for me, and they never circled back to see if I had gotten a job or not.
