Very easy process to follow, this is my first interstate vehicle movement, I plan to use the service again.

Website keep pushing me write the pick up details and drop off details even though I didn't wanted it.

I PAID TO GET MY CAR MOVED FROM NSW TO PERTH ITS BEEN 15 DAYS AND I CONTINUALLY RING CEVAS NUMBER AND NOTHING HAPPENS. HELP ME. THEY HAVE OFF SHORE PHONE CENTRE.

CEVA does not disappoint... Like always, Above and Beyond in service and would recommend. Excellence at it's best.

100% I do not recommend this transport company.
Avoid if you value you car. They don't care about the customer or quality service.

I purchased a BRAND NEW car from Cairns and the dealer organised delivery to Brisbane through CEVA.

Transport from Cairns to BNE was super quick and trackable using the online portal. However, thats where the good stuff ends.

Once the car arrived in BNE it took a full week before it was able to be delivered. It only took 2 days to travel from Cairns! Not sure why an extra 10kms was a further 7 day wait. Also, delivery could only be arranged the day before they would drop it off and timeslots were limited.

Once delivery was sorted and the car arrived, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I purchased a new car, which was clean when it left the dealers. What arrived was a muddy mess. See pictures, but basically mud all over the new interior. Footprints and handmarks on the leather.
Even the delivery driver made a crack and said that the dealer should have cleaned it for me.

Im currently in talks with the dealer on this, who is in turn talking to CEVA but apparently a dirty interior isn't covered by their insurance as it's not classed as 'damage'.

CEVA post online about being skilled at transporting luxury vehicles, yet treated my 82K car like a farm truck.

The booking process was good, but no one could seem to tell me where my car was and when it was being picked up. Reasonablypriced though.

Contacted me immediately upon booking for vehicle transport & accurately notified me of the documentation requirements.

Always easy to book online with CEVA. This is the fourth occasion I've used CEVA.
Each time it's been hassle free.

The contact person was very polite and helpful with providing me information that I was on my mind since making the booking.

From the first moment I contacted CEVA to book my car for transport From Perth to Melbourne I was greeted with a friendly helpful team member who cheerfully answered all my questions. On arrival at Perth High Wycomb Depot receptionist *** made me feel welcome and was most helpful. My friendly car attendant brought to my attention some defects ( nothing major) that were present on my car. He has a great eye for detail. I was able to track the progress of my car up to arrival at the Melbourne Truganina Depot. On arrival at Melbourne depot staff very friendly and helpfull. The Receptionist at drop off/ pick up made me feel welcome and Josh car attendant presented me with my car in a professional manner. I was allowed time to inspect my car and was very pleased to see it was in the same condition I last saw it at the Perth CEVA Depot. I would highly recommend CEVA anytime. Also rest rooms and building complexes at both locations very neat and clean and I was most impressed with the security and found it very similar to my employer Rio Tinto Iron Ore in Western Australia. Thank you CEVA.
