It took 5 tries before my credit card was updated. I had to delete and reenter the card for it to work, but still get error messages twice before it went through.

Log is says user name OR email, but would not accept my email nor give me an option to recall my user name. Thankfully I finally remembered it, but it wasn't a simple process.

The cart experience was bad. I kept trying to choose one ticket but it wouldn't update from two to one. I had to try multiple times before it updated.
I have tried to update my expired cc 5x and it's still showing the old card! I saved the new card, checked the box, & still an issue! Oddly, I could easily update my address though.
This was a very easy process to purchase a great deal to see a musical with my grandchild.
You shouldn't make people sign up for your email list. I don't want emails from you and I could t buy tickets without signing up for your emails. That sucks.

I had to retype my new credit card information three times before it processed correctly, it kept processing my old credit card information, even though I had not selected that credit card option.

I purchased 4 tickets for GA Aquarium, but received an error 504 code and said it was an error and to try my purchase again. BUT, my card was charged and I did not receive the tickets.
I love NOT paying full price, and being a mom of a school age child, Certifikid makes it easy to find fun things to do with him at a much more affordable price!
