App wouldnt process payment properly. Worked on website with same info. Everytime I input my credit card on app, it sent a.01 charge to my card every time I hit save
It says my card has an error, expiration date has expired, but my card gets charged. Tried it twice, and there's no way to confirm that I have received what I have purchased.

I cannot remove my old card. I cannot add a new card or remove my old expired card. Therefore I cannot purchase discounted tickets through the Certifikid website.

Every step seems slow to process before moving to the next page. Also, the drop down menu on my item allowed selection up to quantity 8. But when I chose 8 it said it wasn't allowed.

It took 5 tries before my credit card was updated. I had to delete and reenter the card for it to work, but still get error messages twice before it went through.
