I had issues with checkout. I continued to get a cc expired message so I tried in a new private window and the purchase went through. So could be an issue with cached info
The resetting the password requirement is kind of silly and caught me off guard. I had to do it again on my laptop so I could enter the info in my password manager system.
This site never accepted my regular credit card I used all the time. For some reason it accepted a different one. It was very frustrating toing through this site.
I have entered my card number multiple times and the site continues to deny my transaction. I even updated my account with new card information and that is not saving or recognizing it either!
I love that there was a discount because it was crazy how expensive tickets were through their site. As a family of 5 things add up quickly. It's crazy how expensive kids experiences are
I like the site nd it has great deals checking out was easy - BUT establishing a password was hard there was some type of glitch it kept saying unavailable or doesn't match -

I update my card in my account twice and then clicked on complete my purchase in my cart, but it still only showed my old card as the option for using a saved payment method. Probably just a glitch.

I don't like that I had to sign in and then it took me away from the deal, then it doesn't have options for payments I trust, PayPal, Venmo, or other third parties. Also too many popups
The site wouldn't let me collect the $5 to sign up because it said my account already existed. But when I went to log in, there was no account affiliated with my email.

I'm constantly looking for activities for my kids, and my first place to go is Certifikid, it is an easy platform to use and you can find something interesting every time.
