I would like to warn others about my negative experience with Cerebrum IQ. On February 28, I signed up to take an online IQ test for what was clearly advertised as a one-time payment of 1 EUR. After completing the test, I did not receive clear confirmation or any warning that I would be charged a recurring fee. However, without my consent, they began charging my credit card 19.90 EUR weekly — a total of almost 7 months of unauthorized payments. That's over 500 EUR taken for a service I never used again and never agreed to continue. I attempted to cancel in May, but they never properly responded or guided me on how to stop the charges. Only recently did they send a chatbot link for cancellation — after months of silent withdrawals. When I requested a full refund, they only refunded one single payment and ignored my request for the rest. What's worse, their own policy mentions $14 weekly, yet I was charged 19.90 EUR — a much higher amount — without explanation. This experience feels like intentional deception and borders on fraud. I've contacted my bank for a chargeback and will report this to consumer protection authorities. I strongly advise others to stay away from Cerebrum IQ.

Unethical charlatans who con money from children! (and adults probably). My 14yr old son recently noticed several charges on his bank account to Cerebrum IQ. It appears he completed an IQ test via a facebook post (fed to him) and in doing so unwittingly signed up to a 'free trial', not realising he was supposed to cancel within a certain timeframe. He had no email confirmation or any account information with which to alert him of this or to remind that the trial was over/ending. Since contacting the company the 'customer service' has been nothing short of appalling! I explained the error, they have consistently avoided answering my query, every time deflecting with automated messages designed keep me hanging on to the assumption they are "working on it". It would appear unethical profiteering is more important to Cerebrum IQ than doing the right thing. The amount of £25.98 (which has taken several months to save) is clearly far more important to them than doing the right thing in returning it to a minor they have essentially hoodwinked. I am also somewhat troubled by the 5star ratings for Cerebrum on all platforms as they all have the whiff of AI about them, read the 1star ratings, they all hi-light the same complaints.

.99c test turned out to cost $50 after they started charging me $14.99 every WEEK. Nothing in the sign up said anything about this. Luckily after reading other complaints I caught it in time. If you are interested in starting a class action lawsuit lets get it going!

So, I paid.99 cents to get my IQ results...
Didn't recieve an email til hours later of the result, and then about a week later, I get a 14.99 charge for a subscription that I never clicked on anything to agree to.

I cannot know but I know that I love Facebook. I need my recent engagement and earn money

I enjoys problem-solving, taking an IQ test can feel like an exciting puzzle, where each question offers a new challenge. A smooth and rewarding experience comes from staying calm, thinking critically, and managing time effectively.

After completing the test, and hsving positive experience includes feeling a sense of accomplishment, regardless of the score, because it provides valuable insights into strengths and areas for my improvement.

It didn't take as much time as envisaged. The questions are similar with a little tweaking. Overall it was an enjoyable experience for me
