I tried the.99 trial and instead they took 39.99 from my account. When I chatted with their awful chatbot and got nowhere, I decided to google for customer service, I found out about how bad this site is and how much money they have stolen. I was just the next one of many. Emailed them, it said it would be within 24 hrs they would get back to me...it took them less than an hr to email back and let me know that I wasn't getting my money back.
This company repeatedly keeps trying to hit my credit card for monthly subscription fees that I DECLINED!
I cannot get any help to stop them from hitting my now over limit Credit account and they keep trying even though it has been repeatedly declined. I emailed them... no answer! I cannot get them to assist in resolving it or stop trying to collect fees they are not entitled to!

The company offers a trial but automatically enrolls you in a subscription without clear consent. Even if you cancel within the trial period, they refuse to refund your money. This practice feels misleading and unfair, as they take advantage of users by charging for a service that wasn't explicitly agreed to. I canceled within the trial period, as stated in their policy, but they still declined my refund request. I would not recommend using their services due to this lack of transparency and customer care.
I tried the app and was not impressed. I attempted to cancel and was eventually successful but then found that they had charged me over $50 more than the $0.99 trial charge. I did NOT authorize any additional services, though they say I did. I was very careful about that. I feel like their positive reviews must be fake and that they are a major scam.
ZERO STARS - SCAM ALERT - DO NOT SIGN UP!
On signing up for a 7-day trial period advertised at €0.99, I discovered that a further €69 was erroneously withdrawn from my bank account. I was carefuly NOT to select the add-on offers when signing up initially. Further, I did not receive an invoice or confirmation email in respect of the additional payment and was therefore unsuccessful in appealing my case with PayPal.
Avoid engaging with this company at all costs, and be aware of their deceptive scam tactics.

I canceled the subscription and downloaded the certificate. Then, it charged me around $60.
Moreover, I cannot find the subscription status in the dashboard. They use bots for everything.

The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that, oh boy, it does repeat the same or almost similar stuff at times. More variety would raise the bar even higher. It's still a very good app, though.

My only problem is that sometimes they repeat the exercises. Nevertheless, it is a superb app to take one's mind to the next level
