I passed this test so fast and take special result for me. I do
I was on the edge till the end, once you start, you don't want to stop.
Nice brainstorming and great experience.
So great concept of testing all brain skills in coordination
I felt good because I love to test my skills and I.also love to try new things
They use underhand tactics and confusing language to get you to sign up for a supposedly free IQ test then charge you $19.99 and refuse to give you a refund. This is the biggest scam site ever, they also delete comments on all their social media pages.
Scam scam scam scam……………………………… …………………………………….,,. ……………………………,,,,,,,,………………….:::::………………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
As many people have said, they get you with their ads claiming free tests. Then at the end, you have to pay $.99 to get your results. However after you agree for that, you then get sent through pages to subscribe. Don't hit the skip button because they will charge $29.99 immediately to your card without authorization. I have emailed them and they are refusing to issue a refund.
IQ test is great, I leant I have IQ of 115 and got some free education materials on top that could help to improve my cognition.
Loved it, great product. Games are highly engaging and easy to learn. Looking forward to re-testing myself in a few weeks.
Don't be fooled, you think you are paying for $1.99 test but once they have your bank details they debt $48.99 from your account every 2 weeks. They dont respond to emails, nor actions the cancellation request. The internet is flooded with similar stories. Fingers crossed they catch up with these low life's and they go to JAIL!
29.99 EUR were taken from my account without my permission.
The website is designed on purpose to make people like me and thousand others to accidentally choose the button for a subscription when all I or we wanted was to skip all that steps where Cerebrum is more than pushy. Things like: Are you sure you want to skip our great offer for 40 EUR? / Are you sure you want to lose this and that? / Why not try our anual plan or monthly plan? Yey, they still told me I skipped the steps where I was asked to keep the 7 days trial. Really? I know English, I know marketing and this is a big fat lie.
I skipped all the steps which were asking me to choose another subscription plan. I wanted just my 7 days trial of 0.99 EUR. Still, I received the email telling me I chose a 2 weeks subscription of 29.99 EUR. A payment I did not authorize. The amount has been taken from my card without my permission.
Nobody can simply give 29.99 EUR out of the blue, just like that. It's the first time I am being charged without my permission. They do not want to give my money back and they stopped answering my email where I was also asking them to cancel my subscription, close my account and send me proofs of doing what I asked for.
No mention of money when I did the test, then asked for $1.99 so okay but then PayPal wanted info and that turned out to be a scam page. Now I am refused future use of my PayPal account. I am cancelling the cards I had stored on the PayPal site as well. I am not providing any further information because Cerebrum posing as PayPal already has it including my drivers licence. I do not have a receipt because my PayPal account was compromised when I tried to pay the $1.99
For a smart person, this has really made me completely stupid.
It's a scam. I only wanted to pay 1 dollar for IQ test, but I was mislead and got to pay extra 20 dollars for their subscription. Very dissapointed and I really hope that karma will really hit them.
Update: Since writing this review, I was contacted by the company and received a refund. I am grateful that happened.
I took the test and was interested in seeing the results, and the offer for a 7 day trial period for.99 was great. The problem was as soon as I made my account, I was sent a subscription confirmation email and immediately charged 29.99 This is a scam. No where did I agree to a subscription. I only agreed to a trial period so I could review my test score. I called them and waited on hold for 1 hour and 19 minutes and finally hung up. I don't believe anyone would have ever answered. They did e-mail in response to a ticket I submitted through their chat bot. But their response was that they don't issue refunds. The problem is I never agreed to a subscription. The test is a scam to charge you a subscription fee and then tell you that per their terms and conditions there are no refunds. If they had issued my refund, I would feel differently. But after multiple email attempts, they just send form letters saying the same thing. This is a completely UNTRUSTWORTHY site and company. It is a scam Also, in my personal opinion, the change in company ownership is also not real. That is just a way for them to distance themselves from previous bad reviews.
Do not sign up for the $1 trial. They will immediately charge you an additional $20 after. No refunds and they will continue to charge. Seemingly no way to cancel a subscription that I didn't even sign up for.
CerebrumIQ.com is a scam
Beware. Their process is very deceitful. It will trick you to sign up for a trial period of.99 cents but then the next page will prompt you to choose for a subscription. When ypu press the back button, it will automatically select the default plan and will automatically charge you. Their website say that you can cancel anytime and can request a refund for unauthorized transactions but when you email them for a refund for that error, they will tell you that they do not process any refund. A lot of bad reviews everywhere.
Please dont purchase anything on the app or the website. Even a charge as small as $1.99 will cost you $44.99 byweekly. Total scam! Be aware
I've been billed 19,99€ + 0,99€ instead of only a 0,99€ for 7 day trial period...
They ask too many questions and if you don't pay attention to one, they charge you who knows how much money, and if you want to cancel, you have to search for a solution on Google...
They sent me an email and they can't spell the word training correctly. It's a full scam, and they Make it impossible to login in order to cancel things.
