If you want ripped off, go here. - I ordered a cell phone through cb and never received my phone. So I canceled my order and I have never received my refund. It has been three months and no response. When I call customer service all I get is a recording, so I leave a message and no one calls me back. So I would like to warn everyone that I can about this website. I checked the BBB in my state and there was nothing on them, but then I checked in California were they are located and they have an F rating with the BBB.

Very poor service - Ordered a christmas gift 12/17/08 for my daughter. (Her BIG present). The item stated "in stock", as it STILL does on the website... unfortunately, we still don't have the merchandise, and its 01/09/09 now. Even paid the extra $ for 3 day shipping for it to arrive on time. Have called the phone number 10 times, and nobody ever answers, it directs you to the web site to e-mail them. When i did e-mail the 1st time the response said they would put a rush on this item, and i would receive it by the end of the week. Then, a week later, i received an email stating its backordered, but as i said, the website still advertises the pink playboy unlocked phone as in stock. It cost 259.00 when i ordered it, which was a fair price, but their service is terrible, and its so hard to talk to anyone... actually its impossible, i haven't been able too. I will never order anything from this site again. I still have no idea when my daughter will be receiving her Christmas gift, as nobody has bothered to follow up with me. They did however take the money out of my bank a few days after i placed the order... and i thought places didn't do that until they ship the merchandise...? Very unhappy.
