Had this case on my iPhone 10XR and liked it enough to put on my 11 enough said really, I gave it 4 stars for easy to hold, but that may have more to do with the small size of my hands, hard for my to hold and type with one hand

I really recommend this case because the quality is amazing, the case didn't get yellowish after a period of time, and it visually looks GREAT! Also price is on point

The case feels solid, but not bulky. It leaves plenty of room for the screen and camera to be used w/o any issues. It fits well, and lets the phone's design come through. Great case!

This is my third tough armor case, only ever buy a new one when I get a new phone. Haven't broken a phone yet in one of these, so stick what's proven to work.

Cellphonecases.com advertised a case that I bought as a hybrid case. However, the tuff company that makes the case does not list it as a hybrid case. Nor did it say hybrid on the packaging when I received the case. The packaging was also very sparse... not like I'd expect from a new Tuff case, so I think perhaps Cellphonecases sent me one someone returned without packaging that was supposed to be inside the box shell. Also, the case does not work properly on my phone. The buttons won't work with the case on even though it is listed as the proper case for my phone. I call that defective! However, Cellphonecases won't honor a return for a defective item. (Check Better Business Bureau, you'll see many situations like mine.) They want me to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Together, that's almost as much as the case cost. When I try to question them about it, they won't respond to me. Their last response was to ask my phone model #. I told them my model number on Sept. 15. But the company won't respond. It is now November and no response ever since I told them my phone model # which they asked for but did not respond to.

We orders two cases for our new Samsung s9. The order took forever to finish processing. When one of the cases was on back order they just cancelled sending me only one case. How is this acceptable. My second case arrives and is not what was described. It was flimsy and would not protect anything. Their cases are plastic junk. Returned for a 100 percent refund because that is what the website say got charged restocking fee. ADVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I love the fact that the case is crystal clear, I can show off my new phone. Is sturdy enough but not bulky or cheap looking. The price is good too. I will recommend this product.

The case arrived on time. Fits well on iPhone 12 Pro. Looks great and sturdy. I would recommend it if you are looking for a clear cover for your iPhone 12 Pro.

I start with the fact that their only marketing tactic they use is free shipping. Well I would love to have average of less than 10 dollars paid but didn't have to wait for weeks. The 2nd and most important issue if there is a bad design, they use the excuse of used item that they are not gonna refund you plus they will take the possession of the item you paid for. Legalized rip off! They don't care if they carry items with bad design that jeopardizes a 1000 dollar cellphone. Mine the edges of the case was below the screen height which is subject to crashing the display if it falls face down. What kind of protection is that?! They also have 20 percent restocking fee even if your item is unused. Also you need to pay for the shipping back and if you want exchange pay again for shipping the new item. All in all they are miles and miles behind an average service quality you get from places like Amazon. I mentioned "Not ethical" because they intentionally not reveal drawbacks mentioned above and customer finds out when they are already roped in!

Very shady company - Take a look at Better Business Bureau's website and do a search -- even BBB doesn't get a response from them! I received the wrong cellcase so returned it and requested the correct case, and paid for return shipping, including a letter with the exchange item details. 3 weeks went by, nothing, so sent them a status inquiry. They responded that they shipped it. I stated I didn't receive it and asked for tracking #. They replied they don't do tracking but said they would send out another, and even went further to say they would provide tracking info with the next supposed shipment. 2 weeks went by, nothing again! So I sent another inquiry, they replied by saying they do not have tracking info. And basically pushed me under the rug... I got taken! **SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE**
