Super clear, sturdy and easy to use. I was afraid it would scratch my new iPhone but it didn't. Whew. It's a very good case and it's not heavy either.

I ordered a case, took 3 weeks to arrive, had to return it, 6 weeks later they claim they did not receive it.
As I sent it airmail, I find that hard to believe.
I wish I had searched reviews before I orderred from them.
Terrible communications, bad attitude.
They might as well have pulled a gun and stolen my money, obviously a rip off company.

Theod Simon shipped to me the wrong size cellphone case and a charger with human blood on it inside the packaging. Of course, he will not admit any wrongdoing or take responsibility for his actions or lack thereof. I've waited for over a month for a refund and still haven't received one? He said I never received your returned items and then several weeks later admitted in an email that the items were in fact received, but still no refund. Online business like Cellphonecases.com want your money but do not have customer service or even know what that means. In the United States of America, this kind of business practice should not be allowed to continue, there shall be punishment for wrongdoing. If we allow this sort of bad business to continue it will just worsen. Theod Simon, do the right thing and refund my money. Don't bring bad Karma down upon yourself.

I purchased a case from this mob & have not received it. 2 messages via the message contact on the site & another via email & still no response. Should this company actually be able to trade.

Ordered a phone holster, waited for DAYS and finally went online to check status only to find out that they'd CANCELLED the order! No explanation no refund and no notice. It wasn't until I questioned them via email (because they won't answer the phone) that I get a response telling me that they've issued me a credit and that I needed to wait 3 - 10 days for the transaction to complete. I paid via PayPal which was IMMEDIATE.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
The are guilty of deceptive business practices and should be filled on!

Ordered a screen protector for my phone and received for a different phone. No one will email back if you get the wrong part. Not a reliable company.

Had this case on my iPhone 10XR and liked it enough to put on my 11 enough said really, I gave it 4 stars for easy to hold, but that may have more to do with the small size of my hands, hard for my to hold and type with one hand
