This is my second order with cell 2 get, earlier one was HTC one m9 which I bought for my family. Since the first order was a great experience, I ordered this time for me. The first device was in MINT condition (no scratches front and back) and performing like brand new. Completely satisfied with the cell phone that I ordered. Site is very user friendly and quick. Delivery was excellent. I ordered product on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday it was delivered to my front door by UPS standard delivery option. Good quality for the price. I would highly recommend and will use this company again in the future.

Cell2get has been my go to place for phones for a while now and I can't think of any other legitimate phone merchant out there, that can provide their customers with extremely fair and competitive prices on the market. I'm a customer that goes all the way back to 2016 when I wanted to purchase a new lg g5 from them, I contacted their customer service to try and understand who they are and ever since they have gained my loyalty. And now with my recent purchase on the all new google pixel 6 I'm glad to be rocking it with all it's glory thanks to them.

I can understand these harsh reviews about them. They are equivalent to the negative reviews you have on Amazon products, which sadly people are either dumb or they don't understand what they are buying. Sadly we have people like them but luckily we have people like the customer service rep that I spoke with which he was cool! Easy to deal with and very kind, answered all my questions and placed an order on the website right away. Products they sell are at a relatively great deal, with shipping is what I expect as well as the product advertisement. Honestly I'm going to be a future customer of theirs.

I placed an order last Thursday for a new MOTO cell phone, called them last Friday, was told it was shipped Friday morning. Today is Tuesday, nothing happened. I paid $16.47 for second day UPS shipping. Called them several times, just gave me useless "confirmation" number for USPS, and when asked for tracking number. They asked me to call them in one hour, later, when I called them, they told me they will call me. God knows what happened. The worst online shopping experience in 10 years! Period.

The whole team was excellent to work with. Great customer service at this online retailer. Adam helped me get the most value for my dollar and solve my problems. The store manager checked in, too, and they were extremely informative and upfront with me throughout the entire order and process that I have made online, just to make sure everything worked correctly. Above and beyond. Great store. This team will keep my business.

This is the most honest and best website I've ever come across to! They sell their phones at a very cheap price compared to other retail stores or online stores out there! And believe me I've did my research before making a purchase with these guys. So just like I've mentioned before, the prices on their website are cheap and so is the faster shipping prices that they offer. The package comes on time and in a well condition and it is wrapped very good in order to keep your device safe and sound! So you won't have any issues when opening the package. Overall I will be coming again to these guys and purchase another phone from them in the future! And I highly recommend them!

Ive been shopping for phones for a while now and Cell2get is one of the best in the business. The company is fast and fair prices, but I could say that at this point about a lot of the word-of-mouth retailers out there. What separates Cell2get from the rest of the bunch is that by the time you are done seeing or speaking to an official (whom clearly knows what they are talking about), you dont need to worry. Not about price, shipping, or anything. I called these guys and needed a new google nexus. They complied. They told me exactly what I needed, how much it would be, and how to activate the thing. I have since called these guys back for questions about how to successfully download apps (pokemon go anyone?) and nothing phases or worries them. After you call, nothing bothers you either.

My phone got waterlogged and it was dead. I thought nothing could be done and it was gone. However, my friend asked me to visit Cell2Get.com. It is a wonderful store and they arranged for a pick up soon. Within a week they delivered my phone back in a perfectly working condition. The rates are reasonable and the quality of service they provide is excellent. I would highly recommend everyone to use their services once and benefit to the fullest.

Ordered from them several times and did not have any issues. Customer service and representative were genuine and prices are fair for what's out there on the market for phones.

They were great- the web site was easy to understand, and the product was easy to find. Having a 1-800 # always adds comfort that you are dealing with a legitimate merchant. They called me to verify what format of phone service I required and were top-notch! I would recommend them to anyone My Order was shipped the same day i ordered it. Also the ground shipping was Free.

I ordered my Galaxy S4 2-months ago. Their first shipment to me was the wrong phone, so I returned it. Their second shipment was the wrong color, so I returned it. Their third shipment was the correct phone but the wrong charger. Not only that but all three shipments came in a phone box for a different phone type. There is definitely something wrong with their packaging department. While the phone now looks good, I am a bit weary that this phone might be refurbished while the web description said it was new. It was very tough getting a hold of customer service each time (voice-mail), but once I got a hold of them, they took care of me quickly without hassle (thank you Melvin). Their shipping method is slower than most, and I will think carefully when ordering from this provider next time.

How can I ever EVER thank you for going the extra 20 miles and educating me on the device... for your warm and impeccable customer skills... for your willingness to share your knowledge and allowing me to become more tech savvy. I came into your store to find out the cost of replacing my frayed phone. I left your website with a device for my mom, an additional line after contacting my service provider and a better outlook on life. Again, you were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Why can't all cellular reps be just like you? Anyway... bye-bye for now... i will see you again when it's time for my upgrade.
