I feel bad but I called plenty of times before the actual purchase of my phone. I was given some money as a graduation gift and decided to buy a cell phone. I must've called at least once a day for a week to ask questions about the LG curve. I was met with understanding and they gave me all the information I asked of and then some. I received the phone within 9 days even though the shipping said two weeks. I am happy with their service.

I have been pleased with my first transaction with this company so far. Melvin assisted with the purchase of an apple iphone 5 and when I called to follow up he was very polite and helpful. The shipping was prompt and they turned around my order pretty fast. The second time I called they had the tracking number available. I would recommend melvin and cell2get for future purchases.

What can I say? These guys are simply the best. Amazing selection, competitive prices and outstanding customer service. I've probably ordered upwards of $2k in equipment from them and it's all turned out well.And the one time I did have an issue with the delivery of my order, they were all over it and had a replacement package sent out immediately overnight to me in LA. Whenever I'm looking for cell phone for myself or for work, I always start here. And with free shipping that arrives in LA within three days, it can't be beat.

I've visited the cell2get site numerous times but was reluctant to order from Canada. However, the range of products is vast and the prices are compelling (especially during sales). I've checked with friends who have ordered across the border and they've been satisfied with the speed and results. I like how the overall costs are shown (shipping + customs). There shouldn't be any surprises. The drawback? Returns would be a hassle. Since we checked carefully before buying, we're not expecting to send anything back

Great experience. Suburb staff. Very friendly. The most robust, professional phone store that I have bought online from, in the United States. They have a massive category of phones which is pretty complex when you open their site, and had such a positive attitude when I emailed them regardinga few questions about an item that was listed. We also had fun when the phone arrived before the ETA so that's always great. And inside the package phone came in original packaging and all the new and original accessories with it. Stop by their website or you will miss out! Cell2get has great deals now too!

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from this company at first as I hadn't heard of them, but I'm very glad I did! I ordered an iPhone 5 which was much cheaper than I could find it anywhere else (unlocked as well!) and which arrived quickly. Unlike many of these websites, cell2get has a number you can call to speak to them directly in case you have any problems. I found their service to be prompt, cheap and courteous. Exceeded my expectations.

Placed an order on a Thursday morning with $30 for 2-day shipping, didn't ship until following Monday. Didn't email shipping notification and no tracking information. Wednesday and still no phone. Called the so-called customer service number twice and got VM's. Lousy service! Avoid these guys - shady.

Update - Phone was late so they refunded $15 to credit card, very apologetic and got me the tracking information finally. Very difficult to get order status unless you call.

Second Update 11 days later - Well, credit card has yet to be refunded as promised, but credit card was hacked with $622 in fraudulent charges to "XMOBILE" Telephone services and had to cancel card. No response from Cell2Get - this has been a strange purchase from day 1.

Cell2get had the lowest price anywhere on the product I wanted. When the item turned out to be doa-defective and needed to be returned, Cell2get customer service made the process easy. What more can you ask of a store? Low prices, excellent customer service excellent, products as advertised. Have dealt with Wilson on 3 different orders recently and he is a great asset to your organization. U haven't sent me my latest invoice number yet, this one is 2 orders ago. - perfect!

I needed to buy a smartphone because mine got stolen and the service provider store was so completely unhelpful (almost rude). I went to cell2get's website and Adam was extremely helpful and patient, helped me figure it out, and how I should get my phone as soon as possible. He didn't rush me and wasn't condescending or robotic. I consistently leave phone stores exhausted, distraught and crying, but i had a great experience at this one retailer and will definitely return for any phone assistance i need. Thank you!

Not only did Cell2Get offer an absolutely excellent blackberry classic at the best price around, but the email communication, packaging, and extremely fast shipping were exemplary. I will gladly shop with Cell2Get again.The blackberry classic was $30 less on Cell2Get t. I placed my order in the evening and it was shipped early next day and made it from the East Coast to California in 3 days. A month later the cell phonehas been used frequently and is working great.
