Beware. I ordered a huge chandelier after months of studying options. When it arrived it had been stained dark brown. Much much darker than their pictures and much darker than natural antlers. When I asked them for help they just continued to say "thats the way it is". Patronizing. They sent me a picture of their antler assortment and NONE were that dark. There was no offer for solutions or help. Returning it would have cost me at least another $1000 for shipping. This chandelier was $5000.
I was hesitant at first when I came across their website, but I also found them on Instagram and started following them. I loved all their products. We built a new modern rustic farmhouse and we wanted two extra large antler chandeliers for our living/dining area. We have 20ft ceilings. We knew they would be a bit pricey so we had to wait a few years to save up. We ended up going with the XL faux antlers and it was easy to order. Ordering the product was simple with a wide variety to choose from. I was able to talk to person each time I called with any questions. The time frame was reasonable considering they are made to order. A little hiccup in the delivery but we were able to work it out with minimal disruption.
An expensive luxury; but a quality piece. I shopped a fair amount, compared prices and quality. Quite noticeably different from the manufactured plastic pieces out there. I've just sent three photo's/video's of the installed chandelier. My wife is thrilled with it.

Customer service was great when I placed my order. The young woman went out of her way to check if they had the product I wanted. Poor planning on my part created work for them. The chandelier is terrific and it arrived early, even during the Christmas season!
Although Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful, there were some issues with our order and payment. She apologised and fixed them and gave us a gift as recompense, which was kind. Unfortunately, from the photos, we had understood that the faux antler chandeliers were 'lifelike' (they certainly are expensive enough). But the chandelier delivered looked quite fake from below. Disappointing. A better design/colouration is needed. We would have ordered a real antler chandelier, but the prices were much too high. Hard to see why they are so high -- it's a natural product, not manufactured. Happens every year. Just collect them and build, whereas the fake antlers have to be manufactured.
We LOVE our new chandelier! Everyone that enters our 80 yr. Old log home comments on it. Most friends thought it was original to the house, it fits in so well. Wish I had bought it years ago. The delivery man was so helpful he wheeled it down our long driveway and even helped us take the top off the VERY well built box to check it over...it was PERFECT! Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful "piece of art".
I was looking for a lightweight, realistic antler-style chandelier. This one fit the bill perfectly. It's just the right size and I love the design, as the candlesticks are at different levels. I get many compliments on it and many guests think its made of genuine antlers. I received it quite quickly and it was very well packed (a major concern for me). I have it on a dimmer switch hanging over my oak dining table in our rustic cabin in the woods. I liked that there were so many variations of design/size to choose from. BTW, this review was written 2-3 years after my initial purchase, at the behest of the company asking me to submit the review. I was happy to do so. Still satisfied several years later!
