Everything about this order went smoothly. Contacted them for some questions I had which were answered promptly and checked with them for a guesstimate on delivery as it was around Christmas. Never had a problem from start to finish and the chandeliers is perfect.
I ordered two antler chandeliers for our new addition, a large living room, and worked with customer service to make sure they arrived while the electrician was here doing other work. Everything came together perfectly, which saved our builder time and us money. The antler chandeliers were so stunning that we ordered a third smaller one for our kitchen. Having the three lights span across the open concept of our home brought the original house and the new addition together visually and beautifully. The antlers are certainly a 'wow factor' for anyone who walks into our home. Whenever asked if we would be interested in selling our house, we reply that if we did we would be taking the antler chandeliers with us. That's pretty much where the conversation ends.
My chandelier is still lopsided even after your suggestions to fix it. From one end it looks worse than the other :( not sure what to do from here. Just dealing with it. Otherwise would have been a great experience.
I knew very little about the product so I had several conversations with Jennifer, the sales manager, educate me on the available features and sizes before making my final selection. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Even though it took several weeks to get my custom piece, I was fully informed of that before placing the order and she gave me an alternative for a pre-made piece that I could have received faster. I was very pleased with the entire process and would not hesitate to purchase other products from them.
Although we were buying a faux antler chandelier, others that we have seen in the past (in person) looked more like real antlers that were assembled into a chandelier. This unit appears to have been poured into a single mold. The color is also very brown...not unlike Canadian mature bucks... It does hang very nice and after some consideration we decided to keep it. My recommendation is if you like antler chandeliers, but a real one. They appear to have very nice ones on their site.
Satisfied with appearance & overall quality of product. Took much longer to than what we were originally told, would be nice to be able to track your order to know where it is in production/shipping, customer service was not very helpful when expressing disatisfaction with amount of time, do not think you should charge the credit card for the full amount until it is actually shipped especially when it takes so long to get.
The chandelier is beautiful! I love it. My only complaint is that I had to go out and purchase installation hardware (screws, nuts, etc.) It seem to me that if a customer is paying well over a thousand dollars for an item, they should also receive the proper mounting hardware. It wouldn't cost your company more than a dollar or 2, and would make the installation process far less frustrating four the customer.
Love the chandelier but it would not fit thru our standard 36" door...this was not mentioned in the description. We had to remove a large window to get it into our house. Also, the lamp did not come with a canopy...not a big expense but was unexpected. The customer service rep was very courteous but wasn't able to do anything to help us. We are happy with the end result, the chandelier is well made and looks great.
I ordered the faux mule deer and found the antler quality be be terrible (look like something my 5 year old grandson would make) Don't think I will ever put the chandelier up.
Prices are way to high for the product.
Although Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful, there were some issues with our order and payment. She apologised and fixed them and gave us a gift as recompense, which was kind. Unfortunately, from the photos, we had understood that the faux antler chandeliers were 'lifelike' (they certainly are expensive enough). But the chandelier delivered looked quite fake from below. Disappointing. A better design/colouration is needed. We would have ordered a real antler chandelier, but the prices were much too high. Hard to see why they are so high -- it's a natural product, not manufactured. Happens every year. Just collect them and build, whereas the fake antlers have to be manufactured.
I recently moved where I have a view of the Rocky Mountains and wanted something special that celebrates the feel of the awesome mountains. My dining room Antlers chandelier are simply perfect. It is well made and easy to install for our handy men. They commented how amazingly the antlers were arranged together.

This is our second time ordering an XL reproduction item. We love the look, very well made. You can't tell it's not the real thing. Jennifer was very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating when we asked to customize our order to make it slightly taller. Would definitely return to CDN Antler in the future should we have the need, and/or recommend them to others.
I was very pleased with the chandelier. It would be nice if they were less expensive, but I understand there is a lot of handwork involved in fitting the antlers together and drilling the holes for the wiring.
We built our new log home and found this antler chandelier, decided it would be perfect. Received it quicker than first expected date, When guests come into our home they all comment on the chandelier.

I have just placed my order for an XL jewel chandelier! I was not sure what size to get and Jennifer was very patient with all of my questions and so helpful. She sent me pieces of the reproduction antlers so that I could see the color and quality (which were perfect) and helped me through the whole process.
On another note, though, I wish that CDN could have gotten me a better price on the shipping - It seems that there must be different carriers that offer competitive pricing. My shipping charges are very high and I felt like the company should be a bit more sensitive to that.
My chandelier looks awesome in my front room and I also got a smaller 2 antler 4 bulb to hang in my hallway, to tie it all in and get comments on them every time someone new comes into the house that has never been there!
I absolutely love my chandelier! I live in Banff and it is the perfect addition to my little mountain home.
I was worried about the shipping but these guys clearly know what they are doing! It arrived when I said it would in an clever well thought out protective box.
