I had a great experience buying my chandelier from CDN Antlers Design. The product has been great, even after over 2 years that i bought, it adorns my dinning room which is where its hung. There was a slight delay in getting it shipped but it was all handled well by Jennifer Maslow who was very responsive with ETA's. Especially since these are made out of natural shed antlers it was all worth the wait. Good feeling that there is a concern for the wild in this contemporary modern world. I would recommend this merchant a 100%.
Overall I am very pleased with my chandelier and the customer service. Since this was for a second home I had some apprehension about delivery time and my availability to be there, but it all worked out well. Easy for the electricians to install and it looks great! I would recommend this product.
This purchase was for an Antler Coffee Table base. It arrived on time even early and in Perfect Condition. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the piece. I added a 3/4 " rectangular glass and everyone who sees this table immediately comments on its stunning beauty and high quality craftsmanship. An Heirloom in the making!
Great buying experience from beginning to end. The chandelier is a key focal point in our dining room and we get many many comments and compliments on it. Packaging was amazing as well as the item arrived in perfect condition. We would come here again in a minute if we were to ever buy another! Love the chandelier!
Jennifer was extremely helpful, we were not sure about the size of the original chandelier we selected. Jennifer suggested measuring several times which we did and found the original fixture was too large for the space available. Jennifer suggested a different fixture which fit beautifully in the space. When installing I was afraid the chandelier may be very delicate but found it was built like a tank had no problem installing other than it was quite heavy. Also found chandelier was packed extremely well for shipping, no damage was found. Based on our experience with the chandelier we just purchased we would purchase another fixture with no hesitation. Only one negative comment, shipping box was packed with loose Styrofoam "peanuts" which proved to be a bit of work to unpack and get rid of. Would suggest packing with bagged peanuts which are easier to handle and don't stick to your skin. This was a very minor problem.
We needed an antler Chandelier. Quite a large one too. The options we had in our area were there but 3X the price. We are very happy with our purchase. You can't see any wiring throughout the piece. Shipping was top notch. Would recommend to any of my friends.

I ordered an antler chandelier that was too small for the space. CDN Antler took it back and exchanged it for a different fixture with prompt, courteous service. The quality and authenticity are excellent, and I now intend to purchase more from this company.
The customer service was exceptional and the product was actually better than expected. We have not hung the chandelier yet b/c we are waiting for our Farm House to be completed. We will forward a picture of the final product once it is installed and lit up.
We REALLY did research to find the best chandelier and we ended up being VERY satisfied with this purchase. The chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! The craftmanship is excellent! We get compliments all the time. The light it gives off works extremely well over our dining area. I also love the shades. When doing our research, I would find some shades that looked actually fake tacky. These are great; they look especially beautiful when lit. The only downside is that it did take a very long time to arrive. However, we did order at Christmas time, so this was likely a busy time for the company. Just don't expect to receive a gorgeous piece like this in a week - this is the real deal - don't rush the talented craftstmen/women who put these together!

I ordered our deer antler chandelier for our new dining room. Since I live with a house full of hunters, I knew I had to pay a little more and get the real antlers. It is beautiful, even better than I was expecting. We have had many people comment on how perfect it is for the room.

We are very much enjoying our antler Chandelier! We have a log home. My main concern when ordering was to have it sized correctly for our room. We have Cathedral High ceilings in a very large great room. We spoke to somebody from your company in regards to the correct sizing for our room. They recommended that we make a cardboard mock-up, which is exactly what we did and consequently we did order the right size. It looks marvelous. Not too small and not overwhelming at the same time either.Correct sizing is really important! It really makes the room! Your staff was very helpful.Your product very nice Quality! Could't be happier!
I was very impressed with the personal service form cdantler. They called to discuss my order and were very helpful when it came to shipping. I also received my chandelier much faster than expected.
Only downside is the polystyrene peanuts for packaging

The antler chandelier we purchased is exquisite - high quality construction and in perfect condition. We ordered the white (bleached) antlers and they still look very natural. The only thing I would recommend is to offer the option of a white chain for it.
