My dining room chandelier is drop dead gorgeous. I have received many compliments on it and have referred this company to all those that requested. I would like to have them make the antler covers for the three lights over my center island. If and when they offer that item I will be ordering again.
Placed order 3/20/18 on the phone with Jennifer for Large Elk Chandelier. She knew everything, and asked all the trouble shooting questions. I am an interior designer and these days it is a thrill to work with someone as knowledgeable and professional as Jennifer. The deer antler sconces we purchased last summer are outstanding, so we came back for the chandelier.

The antler chandelier is beautiful -- well constructed, the horns are well matched and I am very pleased with the order. Looks great! Highly recommend. My order was stopped by the agriculture department in Canada so there was a slight delay in delivery, but it got here just fine.
My experience was great. I had questions about size and color and the sales person was really knowledgeable and made a really smart suggestion about adding a downward facing light socket since my chandelier is hanging in a stair well. It arrived sooner than promised, in perfect condition and was exactly what we talked about.
It's beautiful quality, well constructed and not cheesy like a lot of deer horn chandeliers I looked at on other sites. I love it and think it was well priced.
Service was great, packing and delivery was perfect. The price seems high for the reproduction model we purchased but I shopped around a lot and this seemed to be the best price/quality deal.
Chandelier looks great when lit up in the evening and we get many compliments but it does look a bit fake up close in full day light

My antler chandelier is a focal point in my living room/dining area. I've had many compliments on it. For Christmas I decorated it with greens and glass icicles which really looked sharp!
I would suggest to anyone considering the purchase of an antler chandelier for a room with a vaulted ceiling to go a little larger than you think you might need. I wish I did!
We love our antler chandelier! We got it for one of the bedrooms, and it's both a fabulous splash of decorating bling that makes the room and a practical piece of lighting, too. The company was great to work with (I can't imagine better support) and the final product is as well-made as it is beautiful. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
This was our second purchase. Like the first one we had great communication throughout the process from ordering to ultimate delivery. We get numbers of compliments from visitors to our home. The quality is exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending CDN Antler.
While the price tag was relatively large, it was well worth it. The large elk antler chandelier looks perfect in our home, hanging from a 23 foot cathedral ceiling in our fireplace/bar area, along with some trophies. The time to manufacture was exactly what was quoted (~ 6 weeks) and the suspension system that held the unit through shipment worked well -- there was no damage. The chandelier is as big as advertised and was difficult to fit in through spaces we calculated would work, but we were able to make it and we are extremely pleased. CDN was very responsive if we ever had questions.
This is the second time ordering. On this second chandelier I asked for some modifications and they accommodated my requests no problem. Cdn Antler was very easy to deal with, and we love the finished product. I would definitely recommend them, and would buy from them again in the future if the opportunity comes up.
I purchased 4 chandeliers for Christmas in 2015 for my boyfriend. The timing of the order, shipment was perfect. They are so beautiful and needless to say he was completely shocked to see them. The staff was completely helpful in guiding me in my decisions on sizes, real antlers verses man-made ones. I ended up going with the real ones and it was well worth it... When the time comes, will definitely use them again.
This is the second chandelier I've purchased from CDN Antler. The first one was for a cottage, and the second for the front hall in our traditional home. The product is beautiful and adds elegance and charm to any decor. Both times Jennifer was accommodating and very helpful with my special requests to make the chandelier exactly as needed for our personal spaces. I would buy from them again should the opportunity arise.
Honestly I was very hesitant to buy an antler chandelier online. It is an expensive purchase and I was a little nervous about what might arrive on my doorstep. But after speaking with Jennifer on the phone I felt very confident. She took the time to describe details I was inquiring about and helped answer questions about sizing and color. She was extremely helpful and spot on! My husband and I are more than pleased with the finished product. It arrived on time and just as I imagined. It's such a fun statement piece in our new kitchen! The two scones were great. We used on the ceiling. I did think they were a little pricey for the size once they arrived. Wish they had been a bit larger for more impact. But overall great product, great customer service. I did request photos before they shipped to me and they would not send a photo which was a little disappointing. I will definitely order again if I have a need in a future project.
Jennifer was my main contact. I found her very responsive and collaborative during the decision/purchase stage. At one point, as the estimated deliver date range approached, I called to see if a more specific delivery date was available so I could coordinate timing for electrical work/installation at my end. Unfortunately, Cdn Antler couldn't help with that. But it did arrive within the promised time range. Well packed, no damage, but that popcorn styrofoam protective packaging is messy and no fun to handle and dispose of. All in all a positive experience though.

The product I purchased was very nice quality. I am an avid hunter and pay attention to detail. I was surprised that the reproduction antlers were exact duplicates. I believe it would be a more believable reproduction if the antlers used had variation. Also, I believe the lights should come with LED light bulbs as standard.
Had problems with one light not working. Called customer service, sent emails. Lady spoke with did not appear very knowledgable about product sold. Told her what was wrong and she wanted me to crate the light and mail it back at my expense. Got it fixed locally and paid for parts to replace what did not work properly.
Web site should state that lights have to be made after you order them so will not receive for 6-8 weeks. Or at least tell people that when order is placed,not when they call 3 weeks later to find out why have not received light.
