Messaged support and gave them the receipt of purchase keeps bumping around new support members and still haven't heard from escalations
Don't know how someone would be so stupid to look up my order. With the time stamp when I placed it.

My first time buying from cdkeys.com BIG MISTAKE. Thank God it was only 21 dollars. The cd key was redeemed already and when I contacted cdkeys.com they sent one response asking what the problem is and then they completely ignored me. LOL. I've checked and a lot of the people who buy from them get scammed and loose there money. DO NOT BUY! g2a.com is the way to go even if it's a little more at least you can buy knowing you'll get the product and not give your money away for nothing. I am an honest hardworking father of three. I'm not rich but I try to give my kids everything I can and I don't buy myself things as often as I would like. So too lose money to a company that advertises on youtube how they are so honest and good and affordable makes me feel very upset and disappointed. Customer service has gone out the window now and so many people are just out to make a quick buck. If you run an honest business you'll get soooo many more customers. Thanks for reading!

I have made many many purchases that were painless and games i have now owned for years. HOWEVER I ran into a poorly descripted sale on guild wars in game currency that i was not even able to claim. I have purchased over 150 dollars from cdkeys.com at that point and their customer service ghosted me after sending some automated messages after I kindly and patiently reached out to them in email. They dont have customer service phone number because its a few greedy chumps that dont take loyal customers into account.

By the way they are going downhill with not near as many titles available and inflated cd key prices atm.

Bought a discounted game pass code. All worked smoothly, instant code, instant access to play.

I've had nothing but issues with this website.
I purchased FIFA points, £71.99 worth. They have not went onto my account, all proof of that has been sent through to them. They do not care a jot.
They also have a "promotion" for Cdkoins that build up like clubcard points. Biggest difference between the two though is you can actually spend your clubcard points.

In summary, they dont give you the productions you buy and when you complain they tell you there is nothing they can do and their promotions are fake.

Stay away at any cost!

This website is scamming you for your personal info! In the ordering process, they ask for your phone number (requires phone verification), real address (they will know if you use VPN). Once I've made my order, I've received an email that my order needs to be further approved and that was followed by another email, asking me to photograph my credit card along with time and date, so now they have that piece of information as well. In the end, in yet another email they've decided NOT to approve my order by writing the following: "Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order. So as not to inconvenience you any further, I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and the transaction voided/refunded." I've used plenty of similar websites before, but this many privacy violations are one big giant red flag. Stay away.

I ordered a Playstation Plus code from CDKeys. I received the code and immediately attempted to redeem it on the Playstation website. The Playstation site said, "This voucher code has already been used." The sold me a used code. They will not send a new code or issue a refund. It was purchased via PayPal. I would stay away from CDKeys.

Well they're pretty shady. If you have issues and they sent you the wrong key or that isn't working, act through Paypal.

Not only, but on there, they will even use automessages. Talk about laziness and scam attempts.

Always take screenshots of what you're buying, what you're receiving, the price you paid and all the stuff needed.

Terrible support. Never again.

I ordered a key that specificly said worldwide, got it right away, entered it and got an error message. That was on a monday. Today is monday again and this whole past week I have been writing with customer service (wrote with two different „persons") but nothing!

This morning I received another message that seriously had the exact same wording as another one from a few days back.

Microsoft ensured me that the key wont work due to its regional restrictions. CDKeys told me the key had been redeemed!

Now they just keep telling me that and that I therefore wont get a refund.

That was a real annoying experience which I hope others will avoid!

I had a mate who had issues with receiving his code and CDKeys were straight on it and solved the issue straight away.

I've tried to activate my purchase on steam, but got an "Duplicate Product Code" error. So probably they made an error entering these codes in there system and sold this code twice. They basically told me it's not their problem and aren't going to refund my purchase.

This was my third order, my second order went fine, but my first order also had problems. They sold me a region free key, which turn out to have a region restriction on it and also didn't work

Terrible service at the store, best to avoid this seller!

I've made quite a few purchases from CDKeys and all have gone smoothly. The last one was a key that I couldn't activate in my region so I requested a refund. Roger responded almost immediately and said my request was under review and would update me on the status, usually takes 7 days. 2 days later Roger reached out to let me know my refund was granted. Doesn't get much better than that

Instant code delivery just buy, download and start playing at a fraction of the price. Very happy with this site :)

I had bought a key for Microsoft software. Tried the key in the 3 different locations. None worked. Then asked for a new key but was told I was not in putting the key in correctly. Tried again to no avail. Asked for a refund but never got an answer. Never again will I use this site. One and done

In website it says that it can be activated in your country and after purchase I tried the key but it says that it is not possible in your country. Also it is nearly 2 days that their customer service only says we will handle but they only say that. Really bad website

Purchased a year of Xbox Game Pass core, but received 4 MONTH codes for Ultimate Game Pass. When I got all the information asked for by customer service, I was then told to talk to Xbox customer service. Just passing the buck over and over, never wanting to own up to the mistake and not rectifying it. Don't tell a customer to go elsewhere for help, when it's your mess up. Still not resolved after almost a week. Didn't ask for anything extra, just the remaining 9 months of core that I wanted, and paid for.
