I really wish they had a ZERO star category because that's what I would give them. I ordered & PAID for their "famous" foldable hammock on 7/5/13 and it's now 8/23/13 (50 days ago) and still no hammock. They answered my emails in the beginning with excuses like "we have new systems" then "new carriers", etc. They claimed it shipped but said they couldn't provide me with a tracking number (what?, in this day & age). Now they have stopped returning my emails and won't answer their phones. Please be careful when ordering because I don't want the same thing happening to you. As consumers all we have are review sites to share our experiences so you should always try & help others by leaving honest reviews because these big companies can walk all over you and get away with taking your money & not delivering a product. We all "live & learn". Best wishes!

Please be careful when ordering because I don't want the same thing happening to you. Avoid this company at all cost. They are just a shill company scamming as many people as they can. I have turned them in to the bbb, the attorney general, etc, and they are still scamming. I ordered a bird feeder, also living social, april 23, guess what, no birdfeeder. Many, many, many lies, and four plus months later, they are still looking into it! They sent out a mass email yest regarding the hammock scam. Since living social dumped them, they are going to try and scam those people on their own. Stay as far away as possible. And for the record, customer service, or any service, is non- existant!

PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT IC3.GOV ASAP!
