Absolutely NOTHING was as it was shown on their site. Not an ounce of cotton made it into any of the clothing, just 100% polyester. Stitching and hems coming undone and sizing all over the board. Will only take returns on items meeting poor quality, yet when I sent pictures of all my issues, they said it wasn't a matter of quality and therefore my return would not be accepted. I wouldn't accept that answer so they gave me a random return address in Dubai that neither USPS or FedEx seemed to be able to ship too. Too much hassle, so I have now given up trying to get any money back, but hopefully can save someone else from having to deal with this scam!

There's no way that anyone would be happy with this outfit! I dont believe the reviews on the site are even real after receiving this joke of a pajama set! Let's start with, what you receive is NOTHING like the pic! Not the same quality, not the same color, not the same fabric, not the same weight, not the same shape, not the same stitching, not the same cut, NOTHING IS THE SAME. What I received is cheap, has uncut threads everywhere, is paper thin, is a horrible rough polyester synthetic fabric, is not terry lined sweat pant material like the photo shows, the raw cut material on the shorts is fraying, the shirt is boxy, the seams are not sewed straight, it has almost no puff to the sleeve and I ordered an xl, is completely unflattering. This is completely ridiculous. Clearly they stole some photos off some girls Instagram and tried to recreate her outfit overseas for pennies to the dollar because this outfit is soooooo cheap and I paid almost $100 for it. I would never wear this! It's so tacky. I'm so pissed off I can't even believe I fell for this!

Sent wrong item and then expect to send back at MY expense.

Item was the wrong size, wrong color and wrong style.

BUYER BEWARE: at Casspy.com the return policy is not disclosed until I requested to return bad quality clothes. Returns are VERY EXPENSIVE. Casspy requires returns to be sent to an address in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The cost to return $500 worth of poor quality clothing, that I bought online from Casspy.com, is $400. This is a deceptive way to make returns impossible. The customer service emails I received are evasive and refuse to help. Casspy is to be avoided. They post nice photos, but the clothes they shipped are bad quality. I cannot get them to honor their return policy. There is NO address in the USA for returns. So... GOOD LUCK if anyone deals with Casspy.com. Please investigate them and see if you can get my money back. I hope you can shut them down, before they do this to others. The online reviews talk about how many others have been unable to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE should be their company slogan and philosophy.

Hey, how about a $15 REFUNDThe shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.

These are all email responses I have received thus far from this sh! Tty company. It took me 2 months to receive the rags they call clothes. They blamed Covid but they didn't ship out for a month to begin with so only half of that can be blamed on covid.
Once I received the clothes, they are complete crap. Frumpy, no style, no sizing, horrible design, such as one dress looks like a bed sheet with sleeves cut out. The other fabric is transparent so you can see the pockets and everything else under the dress.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. You'll get clothes you'll want to throw away and good luck trying to get your money back. If I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would. I'm not writing this post out of spite or anger... I'm writing the truth, even if I sound like a dramatic, illogical customer, which I don't, I should've checked them out more before buying. Hope we all can save you the trouble.
