After going through way too many pillows for one person in several lifetimes I finally decided to give the Casper Standard Pillow a try. They give you 100 nights to try it out so I figured I had nothing to loose. The shipping is free and my pillow arrived in 2 days. The roll up the pillow to box it so there is less packaging and it poofs right up when you pull it out. You can see right away that it is well made and there's an inner removable pillow to help keep its shape and keep it fluffy. I absolutely love this pillow and Im going to purchase a second one for the other side of the bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I think for my next bed I'll give the mattress a try.
We purchased a bed directly from their website on Memorial Day and they gave us a huge discount that we could not believe. The product shipped but when we could not track it we called them. Only to find out we were not getting our bed because they said the discount was a mistake and they are not honoring it. They only offered $50 off. And no one called us to explain what happened, we had to call them. What company does not honor a discount they applied?!? Receipt below shows the discount. Why would I want a bed from them now? Plus now we missed out on the other mattress places that had Memorial Day sales.

I needed a mattress and was looking for a good, solid option that could be delivered in a timely manner. I ordered something on another site--but learned that the mattress would take 14 business days to arrive!--too long. So I went over to Casper and saw that mattresses arrive between 5-7 business days after order. Could this be true? I chatted with someone just to be sure, and was told yes. GREAT! I immediately cancelled the other ordered and ordered a mattress, box spring, and bed frame from Casper, comforted by the knowledge that the delivery of my order was imminent.
The bed frame arrived in five business days. Great! The box spring arrived in seven business days. Great! The mattress? The day before the mattress was promised to arrive (seven business after my order) I was told I could expect the mattress a full week AFTER what I was told. 5-7 business days? The expectation set on their website and confirmed by their employee? A total lie. And, to top it all off, I was given less that 24 hours notice that the mattress would NOT be arriving when promised.
I called Casper. Surely they would find a way to make this right. I knew there was likely nothing they could do to get me my mattress--I would have to cancel the order and find another mattress that could be delivered IMMEDIATELY--but I figured they would try to make up for the fact that they put me in the stressful situation of scrambling to find a mattress store that could do same-day delivery. A discount on my order, maybe a discount on future orders... something.
NOPE!
I talked to three people at Casper, including a supervisor, who politely told me that the difficult situation they'd put me in was none of their concern, they didn't care. They canceled the order, callous to the pain they caused by their communication mistake and their failure to communicate their delay.
I'm very disappointed in Casper. If Casper isn't able to take responsibility in fixing their mistakes, I wonder what other ways they're failing to maintain integrity.
In July 5, I ordered two twin XL original hybrid mattresses. They indicated that I should receive delivery of the mattresses on July 15 or 16th. Those dates came and went and there was no shipment initiated. I emailed customer support and received no response. I had to call their customer support number to try and get information. They couldn't tell me when the Mattresses would ship. A few days later I called again and they said the mattresses we're coming into their warehouse and should ship to me in a few days. They said they would email me updates, which they never did. I emailed customer support for an update and received none. After that time frame had passed, I called again to get an update. This time they told me that they would have no mattresses to ship me for several more weeks. I asked them to cancel my order. They put me on hold for 15 minutes to come back and cancel my order. Every time I called to get a status update I was on hold for an extended period of time waiting to find out the status of my order. Casper gives miss leading information about when you would receive your mattresses, So they can capture your order. Their customer support department is completely unresponsive to emails. Their telephone support appears to have a lack of information. Very poor customer service overall.

Absolute nightmare to return a mattress, the company never shows up after 3 appointments and Casper doesn't care they just want to make it as complicated as possible so they can steal your money. Been trying for over 40 days to return this mattress now.
This purchase has been a disaster from start to end. First, they billed the same $2800 mattress FIVE TIMES on my credit card, completely exceeding my limit and triggering a grocery delivery cancelation for the next day due to the limit being exceeded.
I asked to return a mattress only 30 days after receiving it, so well under the 100 days period. Casper asked to schedule a pickup with RXO and this is where the nightmare begins. First, RXO sends a broken email asking to click the button to schedule a pickup, but there is NO link with the button. See on the screenshot, there is a text saying "Button not working? Go to trackrxo.com" lol try going to this site by yourself, the domain is disabled! This is done on purpose.
Pickup attempt #1 with RXO: Canceled after waiting all day, RXO pretend "broken equipment"
Pickup attempt #2 with RXO: Rescheduled on April 24, we wait all day at home and nobody shows up
Pickup attempt #3 with RXO: Rescheduled for May 1st, again nobody show up
I have re-contacted Casper again after 3 failed pickup attempts, I even proposed an alternative method of returning the mattress as I had a friend donate it to charity and provide a receipt. But then Casper just proceeded to ghost me, stop answering all emails, steal my money, and run.
I'm telling all my friends and family to never ever order anything from Casper. This is my last attempt to find a solution before I file a chargeback claim with MasterCard as I have done more than enough reasonable attempts to solve this problem. Casper Order C*******
Tip for consumers:
NEVER buy from Casper
Not sure why the mattress is losing height, density, width and length. I can now see a two inch gap all the way around the bed between the Casper mattress and the bed frame. I don't really want a mattress replacement if this is just going to happen again in 6 months. I can't be the only person this is happening to, were are the accurate reviews?
Before you succumb to Casper's aggressive ad campaigns everywhere, make sure to do extensive research on this company and consider the myriad higher quality alternatives on the market right now.
In case you haven't heard, Casper has filed lawsuits against three independent mattress review bloggers just because these bloggers gave them average reviews compared to other mattresses. They also launched a search engine attack on the bloggers so fewer consumers can access reviews. In other words, instead of trying to make their product better, Casper is instead trying to silence their critics. It's already a difficult endeavor to buy a mattress with so many choices out there, and here's Casper wanting to make it harder for consumer to make an informed buying decision.
Meanwhile, they've downgraded the top layer of their mattress to an inferior poly foam to scrimp further on material costs. Doesn't it feel good to know that the money you're spending on your mattress is not going towards to its quality but instead towards more subway ads and lawsuits against reviewers? Not!
Beware of Casper. Check out the alternatives; you'll get more bang for your buck.
An obsessively engineered mattress at a shockingly fair price. Try sleeping on a Casper for 100 days, with free delivery and painless returns.
