Presumably since the business did bad work they never let Carwise forward to me a satisfaction email. I tried to contact Carwise about this but that is not possible. Therefore the Carwise website is worthless.

I recently had to sell a car beaucse of health resons using carwise. 2 estimate were completely off and even even close to value offered. I had to drive many miles between places and because i had electric car had very little range left an decided to sell for a lower offer since i waisted so much time. AI is really really not accurate in estimating values.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my car repair. The repairs were done quickly, professionally, and they kept me updated on the progress throughout the process. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Their customer service is EXCELLENT, in every way shape and form. I particularly enjoyed working with Chris! He did an excellent job in keeping me posted about the progress of repairs. P&L has been doing body work in Rockford for many years and deserve their hard earned reputation. They did an excellent job restoring my Subaru after it was broadsided by a stop sign runner. Meticulous, careful work. Well done!

The Lidstrom's did a front end repair and repaint to my Chrysler 300 and the final result was great. They returned my car in better than original condition and clean as a "whistle". I would recommend anyone with an accident to get an estimate to repair their vehicle at Jon and Ric's fine shop. We are a retired couple who rely on our vehicle as our primary transportation. It was very comforting to have them return our car in such good condition.

First impressions are important! Comparing the exterior areas at the garage uto other garage locations I had visited, I was immediately impressed. There was no lingering litter, no stacks of junk! It was pristine! Impressive.!
Equally impressive was the professional way my damage was thoroughly assessed, estimate written, date decided, and documents printed for my reference.
I delivered my car on the appointed day and picked it up on the third day just as promised.
Upon inspection of the damaged area, it was as if it had never happened.
Icing on the cake… They totally detailed my car inside and out. What a treat!

Nothing but solid, excellent service from Shannon and Ed at Jim Turner Chevrolet auto body shop in McGregor, Texas! These individuals were knowledgeable and professional. They had to work with 2 different insurance companies and did not stop until they got everything they needed to make our truck like new. They stayed in steady contact with insurance and did not mind us calling as often as needed to get updates. They explained and showed us everything that had been repaired when we picked our truck up. We will definitely return to this shop if the need arises. We will recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body repair.

The owner Ken Wrobell is a MIRACLE WORKER and my hero. My rating is 12 stars. I brought in my 2013 Mini Cooper after two panels on the passenger side of the car were greatly scraped by an adjacent driver attempting to park into the space next to me. There were serious multiple white horizontal lines an my black car. The original estimate was $1,000.00 to repaint the two panels. My insurance deductible is $1,000.00. I was given an option that the scratches could be cleaned on the side panels. He also agreed to do all the scratches that have accumulated on my car. When I came out to view my car it looked like it could be placed in the show room of a dealership as a new car. I actually shook with positive shock as I keep circling to view my new car, there were no scratches. My car was washed and the interior cleaned. He only charged me $150.00. Taylor Blue
