I was on the phone with a rep to get my car reinstated for what seemed like hours. Left the conversation with a positive outlook of mission accomplished. This was January 1st. To this date I'm still waiting what action was taken. Not a phone call, not a text or email. But, I can phone calls wanting me to sign up for HomeShield! Imagine that!

I have had bad luck every time I pay off a car then they break it seems like the dealers know this time I got carshield to cover my car to see if it was worth paying another monthly payment then my car broke down I'm so happy I save 1000s highly recommend getting insurance for older cars

Ended up that it was my battery but alternator was fine so didn't actually have to use my coverage other than that I would have put everything at highly satisfactory especially customer service

Just as the commercial states that they will take care of your car needs, rental, towing is true. I am very satisfied with carshield they help me out every step of the way. I was reimbursed back for my rental while it was in the shop being repaired and saved A LOT of money. I would highly recommend this to anyone to use Carshield!

This company doesn't pay claims and the advertising is deceptive. I would not recommend this service.

I will not please with car shield. When I for my transmission, on the 2009 Mercedes transmission league and I have some more of the leaks on it and carcio. Deny 2 repairs.
