Because CarShield sent an inspector out to inspect the repairs in advance, my Repair Shop couldn't start the repairs timely. Then CarShield would not tell them how much of the bill CarShield would pay until I had approved my portion! My portion was incorrect because Belts & Hoses that were covered with oil, weren't included in CarShield's estimate! The owner of my Repair Shop said they had never had a warranty company do that! They said they only dealt with CarShield for me because I was a repeat customer and wouldn't deal with CarShield under any other circumstances! I am dropping CarShield! They are awful! I brought my car to the Repair Shop 8 days ago and it wasn't ready till today!
Lexus simply quit while driving to work. Able to pull over and call AAA wrecker to tow to dealership.
All they could find was a failed 10A circuit breaker.

I didn't have any claims but I did contact customer support when I canceled. The only problem I had was that charged for the next month and told me that I couldn't get a refund.

They advertise you can use any repair shop but very few honor CarShield. I had to drive over 50 miles to get my info center repaired. Several times I requested a list of shops in my area bet never received it even though they said "I'll email it to you right away" I DO NOT recommend CarShield.

Upon further review, your contract states on the Declaration page that the Roadside Benefits Maximum is $125 per occurrence. We applied the deductible rate per your contract. The additional out-of-pocket costs are the differences between what the repair facility charges for parts and labor and what is suggested by a nationally recognized labor guide.
