I took my vehicle in for maintenance and have an evaluation. When I received the report, there was significant work to be done, and I asked surface man how I submitted a claim to evaluate possible assistance on the repairs. He took care of it. Work directly with your company and both. He and your representative did a great job of explaining exactly what would and would that be covered. I understood the reasons that some things were not covered and appreciated the items that were. I have been working with another warranty company on my home and it has been a nightmare.
