I cannot say I am Happy or displeased. I have had no actual experience with Car Shield. All I know is that I have not found many places that accept Car Shield and for $99.99 per month for over two years, I have accepted a slightly lower monthly rate and truly hope that if and when I need services by Car Shield, that I will FIND a place reasonably close to my address and get fast and acceptable service!

I subscribed to Car Shield as an extra protection plan on my vehicle. Due to circumstances, I owed 10K more than the vehicles value. Getting the policy and setting up auto pay payments was easy. Cancelling the policy also easy.

There was no hassle with repair facility at all and only one call to Car Shield.

Customer service was great to adding on a second vehicle

I forget the young lady's name but she called me and she said she would 6 months ago and she had me entirely satisfied with her experience and how she helped me with her appointment. She's an asset to your business

The coverage can be pricey but when it came time to cover some fairly extensive claims, they did so without issue. The process went very smoothly. Thank you for your services.

Didn't have an opportunity to use it. Was carry double coverage via car loan

Well the claims I had there is always something so nothing ends up being paid mainly. Not sure what we buy this insurance for sometimes and that's why I don't have it anymore too many little loop holes and that is not fair for customers be straight up and not paint a great picture and then you get the run around. Same with the appliance insurance that I got through carshield which was homeshield then changed to homesafe but when you put in a claim it is Armis, what the world all these different names that sounds already fishy and if they don't do my claim this time I will take a attorney and go after them. Tired of paying to these places and then if you get the policy they don't tell you anything about age of appliances and then you don't get the paperwork in the mail after you pay month then something happens and the claim be denied either carshield / homeshield with some excuse ridiculous in my eyes!

Fortunately I have not had to use their services but I feel good knowing that they will be when and if I need them.

I had to wait longer than I needed to but when the young man finally came he was really nice and helpful!

I obtained coverage as my car's warranty had expired. While I never had to make a claim, I did call them several times and was treated like a king. I'm waiting for some refund since I had to cancel my plan due to purchase of a new car.

I don't remember contacting. I think it was a contract issue.

Had trouble with component of engine. Took to dealership for repair, explained that carshield would honor all warranty coverage. Was told by dealership that previous dealings with carshield nullified all future warranty repairs.

Easy transition from start to finish. Communication from Car Shield to repair dealer was very easy. Vehicle was completely repaired in a very short time.
