Truck was in two different dealerships, over four weeks, trying to diagnose the problem. I had to pay for 3.5 hours of diagnostics because the policy would not pay for it without replacing a part. When they finally replaced a part, the policy only covered 1 hour for diagnosing it… so, I was left on the hook for the rest. In all, with the hours, deductible and overage on the part (so I did not have to wait longer for the truck), I was in $778 on a $1483 worth of repairs.

NOT Good we had a dispute over what constitutes, part of the cooling system and every mechanic i talked to said the cooling fan assembly helped with the cooling.no where in the contract does it say the engine cooling fan assembly is not covered.

They took care of my problem but I had to pay for it as that was something you didn't cover just my luck. I pay 106.99 once a month every month and you wouldn't pay for it. The lady that talked to the dealership was ever so nice and she set everything up I appreciate her.
