I give car shield 100%

I called car shield account my car wouldn't start. Car shield sent a tow truck and the car was towed to a mechanic of our choice. I would recommend my family and friends to car shield anytime.

Air conditioning

After a private garage couldn't fix my AC, Car shield was very helpful hooking me up with a dealership to fix my AC. The dealership is having issues fixing it, as well and will be calling Hyundai technical support on Tuesday. Meanwhile, I don't have a car 😐.

Power strut on Lincoln SUV liftgate needed to be replaced. Declined as "repetitive motion" wear/tear. Power liftgate system unusable because of power strut failure. Entire system rendered inoperative, due to essential part failure. Declined--really?

Saved me from scammers

I thought that the ppl who called me were from "CarShield" offering me a discount from $109.99 to $98.00 monthly. When I was billed, it came in another name. I was confused, I called CarShield and they explained to me that CarShield does NOT work with Other Companies. CarShield and only CarShield works directly with their customers. Turns out I was being scammed. Because my Bank works well with us, we were able to retrieve the $$ that was already taken and stop them from taking any more money. Gracias A Dios

My Car Shield Experience

Call them an told them what was wrong with my car, they ask where I was taking it and I said Brooksville Ford where I bought it in 2018.
They said ok. Pick my car back up but I paid more then the $250 as they only covered 1 thing and not the other 2 that I reported to Ford. Will call and find out why!
