My SUV was in for repair and I needed a car rental. The repair exceeded the rental car time limit and Car Shield paid the difference. On another occasion Car Shield reimbursed me the difference that I had to pay for a comparable SUV.

My co- pay for the service required was supposed to be $100, I ended up paying over $200. No explanation. It also took a day to get approval. Problem was 2019 F250 37K miles. No charging capability to RV. After trouble shooting technicians discovered a bad trailers brake controller. Total coast was just over $540, +\-. Carshield would only pay $332. +\- My co-pay $200 +\- what happened to my $100 co-pay. Not happy not recommending. Just saying.

When I called Customer Service, they told me that it was a promo letter and that it was meant to see if I had another vehicle I wanted to cover. Did not say that anywhere on the letter. Very confusing to say the least.

Called to inform car shield about my issues concerning my Dodge Ram, I was given a quick and dependable response as to what I needed to do as far as repairs. I am now waiting for my appointment of June 9th. This was the earliest time slot that I could get anywhere for repairs.

I chatted first with your AI. Was very unsatisfied with result. Have sometime past and I calmed down. I decided to call and talk to a human. Whole different experience. Your human listened, understood and had a human capacity of compassion. She saved the sale was I was ready to cancel. I think AI is excellent for research not bias. But dealing with your customers AI will do you a disservice.

Initially i was under the impression that I was only going to pay a deductible of only $200 but after fully understanding the labor and parts cost which varies from Car Shield and the Dealership standards I was satisfied with paying $841 verses the total amount of $2700 for parts and labor. I'm good with that overall.
