Car shield was there on the spot with assistance.they never once batted an eye to help me. They called the Cadillac dealership within less than an hour to approve coverage. I am very satisfied with my Car Shield Purchase.

Needed to call CarShield to find out what I had signed up for when I would be getting my materials etc. representative was very knowledgeable helpful funny and explained everything to me. It was a great call.
We've been waiting three weeks now for the adjuster to show up for the approval to get our transmission repaired. The other garages we went to wouldn't except Car Shield because of very slow payments. Now I can understand their not excepting Car Shield! Time is not on our side with this being our only vehicle. We paid our money up front to purchase this plan so it's time for Car Shield to honor their part!

Called three times to get my bill straightened out then I get letter saying you're going to cancel me if I don't make payments there's nobody believe me or listen to what I had to say but I'm on a set income I don't get paid weekly I get paid monthly hopefully after three times I got it straightened out finally but I'll find out come next bill
My problem with my car was taken care of from start to finish, which seemed to be handled so smoothly and easily by Carshield that I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire experience.

WHEN WE 1ST CALLED THIS PLACE MY WIFE TOLD THEM SHE HAD A STICK SHIFT AND THE SALES MEN SAID IT WAS COVERED BUMPER TO BUMPER DIAMON PACKAGE, NOW 2YRS LATER THEY DONT WANT TO HONER THEIR OWN THEIR OWN LIES AND DECETFULLNESS! NOW I HAVE TO PAY 1900 BUCKS TO GET THE CAR FIXED. IM A HARD WORKING MAN THAT TRUSTED CAR SHIELD LIES, CANT AFFORD TO GET CAR FIXED, BUT I CANT LET IT SIT AT AMMACO AND LET MY WIFE DOWN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN THE END.
